Access to nature, location, amenities, communication, nice touches (the fresh flowers in 2 rooms were a first for us as regular and long-standing VRBO renters), and more. From the front, yes you are across the street from a shopping center which feels a little, ahem, less than ideal. But...it's on the river with great community-use picnic chairs. 'Our stay was amazing. The single lane road up and down was definitely an adventure in a big vehicle (crew cab truck) but it was peaceful and quiet and had everything we needed. The property manager went anbove and beyond and even sent up a care package with some extras since they hadn’t had the chance to restock coffee and such between back to back stays.'
