'Olive place is absolutely lovely. Nestled on a cul-de-sac the area is beautiful trees and quiet, very close to Sam Houston state. The house has everything you need. Updated amenities with great showers and spacious kitchen. We had a great time!'

'Was weary at first from the home not having many reviews and one review looking like it came from the owner. When we got to the home it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home was perfect and we had a great stay.'

Consequently, my wife and I spent the first couple of hours cleaning up bugs. I found out that they were coming in from the window unit. 'The host is very communicative and responds to questions in a timely manner. They met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property and where things were and how they worked. They are also very generous as we had lost power at our house to recent storms and they let us check in a little earlier than the stated check in time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to just sit back and relax. We caught a lot of little catfish and a few small baby bass off the well lit dock....

The down sides of the place like low water pressure is mostly like due to the location of the property, i highly doubt the owners can do anything about it. We were unable to connect to the wifi to watch tv or anything, but when we contacted the owners they responded very quick and tried to have it fixed but it didn't work. But the effort was there. Over all the stay was great and everyone enjoyed the stay while we were there.'
