We are sorry to hear that your feedback is less than perfect. We apologize for the inconvenience with the elevators. we were aware that one of the two were down at the time and needed servicing. We have new hires in training and do hope to have everyone trained effectively. We will look into this matter and spend more quality time with the trainees to assure your next stay with us is more satisfactory. We are sorry to hear your stay with us was less than perfect. We have just upgraded our TVs to standards and do hope you will come see us again. We are up to Hilton standards and do not offer glass wear any longer but do offer other drinking cups other than the coffees cups and they are available at any time.
