Personeel noet goed opgeleid. Kinderen in zwemkleding worden toegelaten tijdens het ontbijt. Veel geluidsoverlast in de ochtend van het voorbijrijdende verkeer en de andere gasten die met deuren slaan.

The property was tranquil, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was basic but nice.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I enjoyed staying at this property. I travel a bit and the last few properties I stayed at left a lot to be desired for the price. Hampton Inn was a few more $$ than I usually pay but well worth it. Clean, comfortable and staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely return as a guest.

I have been going to this hotel on and off for a year to visit my parents. I complained about the exercise equipment not working properly. Both treadmills were broken and the elliptical makes noise. I gave a bad review 6 weeks ago but at the time one of the treadmill ls worked now both broken. I can go somewhere else but the hotel is super convenient. I went to the front desk to complain in person. They said they would call maintenance? Pretty sure they need an outside help or new equipment. I will now call before I book because I am runner and it is not safe to run outside.

Lovely front office staff, room was clean. Loved the breakfast area, had such a great vibe to it. Beautiful artifacts and wall decorations. Overall great experience for a short stay. Will def stay there if I am visiting Robbinsville.

Traveling through and checked in very late. Overnight desk was very pleasant and super accommodating, friendly greeting and Offering a room right off the elevator, which was nice because we were exhausted. Breakfast was good, usual hot buffet, eggs sausage potatoes and bread/pastries/cereal. Place was very clean also.

Tv broke unclean furniture and beds in handicap room. Advised they wold review. 2 am TV won't work. Called and was given room. 110 since could not fix TV until that department can review. I was very happy with quick response and that non-handicap room was clean tv worked...no back on remote but no problem it works.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I had ants in my room and was told maintenance was gone. No one answered a call to front desk. Housekeepings voice mail full. Stair master works but makes really loud noise. Not a great experience.

The rooms were large and clean, and had a good sized fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The clientele seemed a wee bit sketchy; there were some retired couples on their way to Florida, but some other guests were a bit off.
