I am very sorry for the issue you had, however, you booked a pre-paid reservation on 11/5/23 for one night. When a reservation is made with a 3rd party, our contract with them states we will not cancel or alter a reservation in any way. This is the same for any hotel. You would have had to contact the 3rd party to make any changes to your reservation. We are not allowed at the hotel level to do this.

Our kitchens have a full size refrigerator, freezer and ice maker, as well as a two burner stovetop, a toaster, a coffeepot and a microwave. This is what we have always had. We have never had gyms in our hotels, but we do have a very nice pavilion with two gas grills. I'm sorry you remember something else. If you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact me.

I am very sorry you had an issue. I know the virtual card that was sent declined and the FD called Expedia holding on for help for sometime. While she did everything she could to get you checked in, they finally answered and gave her the info she needed to check you in. Sometimes there are issues with info crossing over correctly from one system to another. You are welcome to call me at the hotel to discuss.
