'Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

'This home and property is located in a private neighborhood nestled in between a Christmas tree farm, yet is so close to all of the beautiful Rhode Island beaches, Block Island Ferry and great restaurants. The property is clean and lovingly well cared for by the owner herself with all sorts of antiques and cool decorations. If you are looking for a sweet getaway where you will be refreshed and especially if you love nature, this home will not disappoint.'

The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. 'We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. 'Great location, hot shower, comfy beds, clean beach house, sm back porch with some privacy. Futons need to tossed into the garage, extremely uncomfortable. I tolerated the neighbor working (putting up shingles) (nail gun and table saw) on his house all day long Saturday, but when he started again on early Sunday morning, I was upset. Not very neighborly. That really ruined my Sunday morning quiet coffee on the porch at the beach theme for me. Thank you Gisele'

'I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great!'

'Location was great, and the space had everything we needed! My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bedspread and floor mats were pretty dirty, you could tell they were just vacuumed and not washed between guests. The towels also smelled mildewy, they were washed but maybe not dried properly.'
