Had to pay 100 deposit on top of paying for the room. Which is a big deal especially if not disclosed to you in advance. So on top of driving 5 hours I get to the hotel only to get back in the car and find an atm so that I can pay a $100 deposit on top of paying for 2 nights. Housekeeping walked in my room and stated that she was told the room was vacant but it was full of guests. The sheets on the bed were still dirty and the sink stopped up majority of the stay.

the facility was horrible. in the room 5minutes toilet didn't flush. tv didnt work. no refrigerator. had a stinking smell had to moved from room 241 to 239 and room still no refrigerator but with 4 kids and late hours we stayed there. woke up went for free breakfast there were bums in the waiting area begging, nothing decent to eat apple juice orange all was watered down so my family and i went to breakfast 2 miles down road return to room only to see it was flooded luggage was wet. as we left i spoke with check in customer service she was noting my records to move us to another room for the night. i returned to hotel only to be told my name was not in system. receptions on duty told me i had to pay for another night which i had already paid for 2 nights. i explained the situation and she stated my name stilll was not in system i gave her the confirmation number but she stated she still did not see the number i then found the number 82859ee0209926 and she found the number and proceeded to give me the 3rd room which i only had a 2 night stay. i wanted a refund but she refuse so i stayed there. she was very rude she embarrassed me whicle others where waiting to get served. that was a horrible experience and i will never stay there again. service was horrible. worst experience ever.

I paid for a room and when i got in it did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I an a diabetic and needed to have my insulin refrigerated. I called the front desk and they told me that they are not provided. Although my friend got put into a room 2 doors down from mine and had both of them. My room also did had only one trash can. Not even one in the bathroom.

I reserved a nonsmoking room and it smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom door was broken and the shower was set on one hundred degrees. The night I checked into my room. I went to the office and asked if someone could replace my sheets and comforter in the morning. Needless to say it did not happen. So my stay was not that good. Hopefully everyone else will have a better experience.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The Hotel runs their nightly audit at 0300 am and any reservations not picked up by then have to be cancelled prior to changing the Hotel to the next day. I do not see notes of extra late arrival.

This place was so bad that after we got to our room, I returned to the desk and asked for a refund. The room was horrible. There was issues with the room being “grayed” out at check in. The front desk called housekeeping, to confirm the room was clean. I heard the lady say it was. However, when we got into the room we stuck to the floor, the beds had dark stains on them. There were stains on the floor that looked like dry blood. The vertical surfaces were covered in dirt, there was some sort of brown staining on the furniture and there was actually poop in the toilet. The smell of weed was so strong, I’ve now washed my clothes and it’s not come out yet and all we did was walk into the place. There were people hanging out in the parking lot who were doing who knows what and a few vehicles looked like there were people sleeping in them. Worst place I’ve ever tried to stay!

The room was dirty there was dust on the TV and hair/dirt on the floor, the handles to the faucet of the sink was dirty. We thankfully had our own blankets to put on top of the bed as we had been driving for 12 hours needed a place to sleep before driving another 7 hours it was too late in the evening to find something else, otherwise we certainly would have left.

When I showed up at first was told that they were full even though I had a reservation. Then the person at desk complained that staff hadnt cleaned the rooms. Woman came in also complaining she had been turned away. Room was dirty. I will not stay here again.

Inexpensive=lower expectations
An inexpensive hotel, ($67) so… you get what you pay for. A wet spot on the table in front of the tv. Remote setting in the area. I grabbed a washcloth, wiped up the unknown liquid, cleaned the remote. No big deal. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean enough for me.

Stayed at the property twice. Unfortunately it is what you pay for. Got no rest , prostitution visits room, room was not cleaned well. Dirty and lack of pillows. If you need a quick shower and cat nap might be worthy but not for a family or looking for a nights sleep. It’s unfortunate because the front desk staff are amazing and deserve better work environment.

Ceiling had blood splatter, the room had a strong cigarette smell the worst part was getting locked out of our room each day and having to go get our key reconnected . The room I reserved was unavailable when we checked in so they gave us another. Property was clean from outside convenient stores around but will definitely not be booking here again.

Utterly nasty and smelly, unclean all around. Staff was friendly and that was the only positive to say about the stay.
