Superlocatie,super personeel. Internet slecht,minibar,loungeBar te duur.ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid voor de prijs. Ik kom hier wel terug voor het prachtigge hotel en de topservice.

Nice Hotel, but noisy
De hotelmedewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas hadden wij een kamer aan de binnenzijde van het hotel met uitzicht op een binnenplaats waar ook de airco zich bevindt. geen mooi uitzicht dus en heel veel lawaai van de airco. Ook met de ramen dicht en airco uit is het zeer goed hoorbaar. Ik heb een gratis upgrade gekregen, maar ook deze kamer was aan deze zijde van het hotel, waardoor de geluidsoverlast bleef. Ik heb er slecht door geslapen. Het hotelpersoneel gaf aan dat dit in iedere hotelkamer de airco zo hard te horen is. Het zwembad is ook erg klein en pal aan het terras waardoor het niet uitnodigend is om een duik te nemen. Je voelt je wat bekeken.

Great stay in Rome
The Exedra is perfectly located in the centre of Rome. On walking distance of all the major items and just besides a metro station. The atmosphere of the hotel is fabulous, the staff is very helpfull.

Prachtig hotel met geweldige service.
Mijn man en ik hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige hotel. De staff is voorkomend en laat het je aan niets ontbreken. Onze superior kamer leek op een klassieke filmset. De bedden leken in eerste instantie erg hard, maar bleken uiteindelijk toch erg lekker te liggen. Alles in het hotel was schoon en goed onderhouden. Een aanrader dus!

Exceptional service and attention to detail from beginning of stay to the end. By the second day staff at the breakfast lounge already knew my Fiancé's favorite beverage and had it prepared. The entire concierge staff with honorable mention Marco, Stefani and Giulia were amazing in helping us with all our plans even with our every need for our engagement photoshoot. The Spa was amazing. Petra the therapist took great care of us and we enjoyed the health benefits of the facility. We are truly grateful. Many guests come from far and wide from around the world; I myself came all the way from California but Anantara made me feel at home. Thank You

The hotel staff were lovely especially the door men who greeted all their guests with smiles and warmth. They honestly added so much to the stay, especially after a tiring day being greeted with such friendly faces. Malik in particular was amazing. The check in staff were great too, as were the lobby bar and breakfast.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Multiple people came to say hello and ask if there was anything they could do to help make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself exudes luxury. The beds are super comfortable, the room is spacious, and the shower and amenities are amazing. After a long day of touring Rome, it is wonderful to back to this hotel. I also want to give a special call-out to the concierge who went above and beyond researching the VAT tax refund requirements and helping us figure out how to get the required paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back to stay!
