Prachtig, midden in Rome
Prachtig hotel,loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Keurig en zeer hulpvaardig personeel. Prima ontbijt. Fenomenaal dakterras! Wat lastig te bereiken met taxi. Naast Piazza Navona. Eetgelegenheden talloos om de hoek. Zeer aan te raden.

Fantastisch hotel vlak bij Piazza Navona.
Behulpzaam personeel. Prettige sfeer. Mooie kamer. We komen zeker nog eens terug in dit hotel.

gezellig hotel
uitstekend hotel de ligging perfect het personeel heel vriendelijk lekkere hapjes,fruit en drinken op de kamer bij aankomst moesten heel even wachten op de kamer kregen direct een drankje op het dakterras aangeboden gewoon alles PERFECT zeker een aanrader

rustig en comfortabel hotel in het hart van Rome
Hotel in een historisch gebouw, heel rustig gelegen net achter Piazza Navona, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Comfortabele kamers, niet al te groot. Uitstekende service, Bvlgari toiletartikelen, goed ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel heeft een erg mooi dakterras.

Heerlijk hotel op heerlijke locatie
Hotel Raphael is een absolute aanrader, de kamer en met name de badkamer was qua indeling zo efficient en modern dat de beoogde luxe uitstraling volkomen werd waargemaakt. Buitengewoon verzorgd ontbijtbuffet met zalige espresso en cappucino ! Aardige uiterst vriendelijke staf. Alle te bezoeken bezienswaardigheden bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dit hotel behoort tot de top qua hotels in wereldsteden.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. And breakfast was superb. The view from the rooftop bar is priceless.

Hotel muito bem localizado com um Rooftop muito legal em Roma. Porém, para nossa surpresa o ar condicionado era central e estava parametrizado pra aquecimento. Mesmo sendo Novembro estava muito calor e mais de 20° em Roma e ficou um calor insuportável dentro do quarto impossibilitando uma noite agradável de sono. A solução proposta do hotel foi um empréstimo de um ventilador ou dormir de janela aberta (com o barulho das ruas de Roma). Enfim, a tarifa cobrada não é condizente com as instalações e conforto. Muito frustrante. Nunca havia passado por isso em nenhum hotel no mundo, ainda mais se tratando de um hotel que tem o selo de um Relais Chateaux.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I have a mixed reaction. The location is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the service and facilities are first-rate. But my room was very small, far too small for a couple to share. I had to squeeze between the desk (not usable as a desk) and bed to get to the far side of the room where there was only a small chair stuck in the corner so tight that the wall molding poked me in the back. The lights made a bad buzzing sound that made me not want to use them. The size of the room made it not a good value, considering the cost of the hotel. The exceptionally well appointed bathroom was so small you had to turn sideways to get in it (and I'm not large) and you keep knocking into door handle or sink or tub. But I do want to emphasize how outstanding the staff is, how welcoming and helpful, and how great the location and the amenities. I'd stay there again, but only with a bigger room--and maybe different lights (a weird complaint, perhaps, but the buzzing was really loud and intrusive).

The hotel is beautiful. The bed (a king!) was very comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure. Enjoyed the amenities. The rooftop bar has the most amazing views. Very much appreciated the welcome drink and treat.

Hotel was great. On a couple occasions we had to hassle them to get water delivered to the room. But other than that they provided us great service and recommendations for our needs.

This is a lovely hotel located in a great area for walking to a lot of major attractions like the Pantheon, Vatican etc. All of the staff were brilliant. Possibly the nicest staff ever at a hotel. So friendly and happy. They made it a fantastic trip to the best city in the world. If you can’t have a good time in Rome then you are lost.

We had a wonderful time at Bio hotel Raphael. Very friendly and polite staff. Beautiful and cozy hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms were fully equipped with modern and expensive appliances. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Bio Raphael is an old school, elegant property. Staff is professional, friendly, so helpful- every dining recommendation was on point. In fact they even told us their favorite dishes to order and those were the Best!!! We love this hotel and will definitely return. Few hotels are like this anymore.

Beautiful hotel and well located. The staff were very helpful. My only issue was the checkin process as one of my rooms was not ready until after 6pm. The staff was very confrontational about my sharing my checkin review with Expedia which made me uncomfortable.

It’s a pity to say that I had a terrible experience at this hotel, as the hotel it’s beautiful and very well located, the employees are very professional and courteous but the room was full of flies and mosquitoes, bathroom shower was moldy and the AC was not working, the breakfast had great items but the omelette was terrible and the chef making it had bad attitude, not pleasant at all, they have to work on this as it’s a very beautiful hotel, besides the cook guy everyone was super nice, but to sleep without ac in the middle of summer was terrible

Beautiful property and character. Rooms are a little tight, but still adequate and lovely. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly and provided excellent service. Very convenient location that made our entire stay walkable to all of the important historic sites. Highly recommend.

Beware of stiff city tax at checkout
Had a very bad experience at checking because they did not recognize the US Department of State official passport ID Card. Also breakfast was included in our package and at checkout they try really hard to make us pay for breakfast. Please note that they are into vegan and Bio friendly food and there are no meat of any kind at breakfast lunch or dinner. Hotels.com should make them make the public aware of this policy
