Dear Mr. Andrew,We are sorry to read this review, the feedback from our guests is very important to us to improve our services and our hotel, anyway here there are few points that need to be explained.As the reception manager showed, the confirmation of the reservation you made included only 2 people and, being the cost of the suite based on the occupancy, we asked you to pay the difference of 70,00 per person per night. We also found another reservation with your name that correctly had 4 people for the same dateadn had included these extra costs; it has been cancelled before confirming the actual valid one for only 2 guests that you had at the check in.Regarding the problem with the elevator, we are sorry about that experience, however,it is written on the outside and insiede the lift the maximum number of people and the limit weight that can be allowed inside therefore, if this happened, it is due to breaking the rules.Kindest regardsNatalino GisonnaGeneral Manager
