De airco was top. Heerlijke koele kamer met een goed werkende en stille airco. Geen geluidsoverlast, vriendelijk personeel. 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, was prima.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zo kregen we bv ook elke dag flesjes water in onze koelkast en was het ontbijt ook uitgebreid. Het hotel ziet er van buiten wel oud uit, alsook ligt deze op het 4de verdiep, waarbij andere hotels.op de andere verdiepingen zijn.

Floris is een leuk hotel niet groot maar wel knus! En zeker voor een stedentrip! Vriendelijke mensen alles keurig geregeld!

Leuk hotel, goed bereikbaar maar minder goed zichtbaar. In een verzamelcomplex met meerdere hotels. 4e verdieping, dus goed om de conditie te verbeteren als je de lift (klein) overslaat. Voldoende eet- en drinkgelegenheden in de omgeving. Attent personeel.

Hotel met goede ligging
Ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Hotel was moeilijk te vinden en de ingang van het gebouw ziet er verschrikkelijk uit. Het hotel zit in een gebouw met meerdere hotels, welke vroeger een hotel is geweest. Eenmaal op de vierde verdieping (daar zit het betreffende hotel) ziet het er goed en netjes uit. Verder is het wat gehorig, maar is afh. van welke kant van het hotel je zit. De Wifi is ook erg traag. Personeel is wel vriendelijk en begrijpt goed engels.

Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus muss dringend saniert werden. Im Zimmer ließ die Sauberkeit teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Kleinere Reparaturen werden offenbar nicht durchgeführt. Der Toilettenpapierhalter zb. war abgebrochen. Das papier stand einfach da. Ansonsten recht schöne Zimmer und nette Rezeptionisten. Frühstück ziemlich spartanisch.

Initially, I was worried regarding the hotel since the building it is in did not look like the photos - it is on the 4th floor of a shared hotel complex, that of which was pretty run down. However, when I eventually reached the 4th floor, the Floris Hotel had a clean and fresh look to it with a security door at the front. The receptionists were always lovely and helped me with any questions I had, including looking after my bags on my final day so I could still explore Rome and advising me to my best transport options. The room was small and comfortable, but as a solo female traveller that was all I needed. It was clean, the bathroom was large with a big shower and came with a few toiletries. The bed was comfy although the pillows were paper thin, the only major issue I had with my room was the constant noise - the fridge is extremely loud, the walls are very thin and I could hear the morning routine of the person staying next to me very clearly. Apart from this, my room looked after me well! I would recommend Floris Hotel despite any cons mentioned due to its cleanliness, comfort and overall pleasant feel when you reach the 4th floor. The location was ideal, I bought a 3-day metro card yet ended up walking most places. Don’t feel initially threatened by the look of the outside of the hotel since the security and comfort of Floris was more than I could’ve asked for.

L'hotel è situato molto vicino alla stazione è comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi , nei dintorni ci sono alcuni servizi come ristoranti , bar ,edicole, MC Donald . È un hotel inserito in un palazzo un po' datato ma la stanza che ho avuto era pulita è ordinata e il personale è stato molto gentile . Se dovessi dire qualche osservazione consiglierei di mettere vicino al letto dove c'è la lampada una presa di corrente ( è un investimento piccolissimo da fare ) quella del tavolino è troppo lontana . Cambierei anche la sedia è troppo bassa e se uno mette il cappotto lo fa trascinare per terra . Sempre riguardo la stanza darei una piccola rinfrescata di vernice , credo che gli ospiti precedenti della mia stanza abbiano sporcato il muro. Per il resto è stato tutto ok , ho riposato bene .

The room and the breakfast provided were wonderful although the whole rest o the building is under construction and the hotel is only on the fourth floor. There were two homeless people in the hallway on the third floor that we needed to pass to get to the hotel and there is no other staircase out. We were worried about a potential fire hazard as well as the fact that the front door to the building is wide open for anyone to walk in. I brought it up with the staff since my kids felt it was usafe and the staff said there was nothing they could do.

The staff was helpful and courteous, and room was pretty clean. However, there were homeless people sleeping in the lobby to get to the hotel, and the elevator to get to the fourth floor (only floor of the Floris hotel in the building) only held two people. The doors and walls were very thin, so even with a white noise machine, we heard people in the dining area, halls and other rooms. Our shower leaked all over the floor, causing a real mess in the bathroom every time someone showed. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

구글로 호텔을 찾기 쉽지 않습니다. 큰길가에 출입구가 있지만 호텔이라고 생각하기 쉽지 않습니다. 샤워기의 온도 조절이 아주 어렵습니다. 처음 샤워하는 사람은 뜨거운 물이 나올 때 까지 최소 10분은 기다려야 합니다. 뜨거운 물에서 차가운 물로의 조절도 싑지 않습니다. 샤워실 배수가 잘 되지않아 샤워 중에 중간중간 물을 끊고 배수를 기다려야 합니다. 매일 청소를 하고 수건을 교환해줍니다. 길가 쪽 방음은 아주 잘되지만 객실 쪽은 소음이 아주 조금 있습니다. 난방은 아주 잘 됩니다. 4명이 머물기에 방은 충분히 넓습니다. 기차역 로마터미널과 지하철역, 버스정류장이 가깝습니다. 직원은 친절합니다.

Stay away from this hotel!
Stay away from this hotel! Location. Location is central close to major attractions in Rome but it is very close to Termini station and as a result, there are lots of homeless and sketchy people around. The hotel is on the forth floor and on the ground floor of the building on the way to elevator, there are homeless people sleeping, so early mornings and late evenings you literally have to step over them. Room. We stayed in superior double room, it is very small and very old. Every morning we had issue with hot water, you would need to wait 15 to 20 min before it starts running hot and some mornings we did not have it at all, we spoke to younger gentlemen at the reception, he did not seem to care much, he promised he would take care but he never did. Not a surprise at all.... Breakfast. They provide a nice continental breakfast, and they have a very nice lady working there who provides amazing service. That is the only reason i give this hotel a 2 star review, if it was not for her i would rate it as 1! Price. Definitely overpriced, there are much nicer hotels in Rome for same price and much better service! In addition to all that, on our last night at the hotel, They offered us to schedule a taxi service to airport next morning, the price was a little bit higher but we decided to use their service so we do not need to arrange a taxi ourselves, and guess what? the taxi has never arrived..... so we had a very nervous hour since it was January 1st and it was very hard to

Al llegar te sorprendes porque no hay lobby en el primer piso, pues el hotel está ubicado en el cuarto piso del edificio y accedes a través de un elevador. Las habitaciones son modernas y cómodas, principalmente el baño. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. El personal es amable y servicial.

Das Hotel liegt im 4. Stock eines großen Gebäudes mit Aufzug. Die unteren und das obere Stockwerk werden teilweise hergerichtet. Das Treppenhaus ist etwas älter. Straße natürlich laut, aber mit Klimaanlage und Fenster zu kein Problem. Lage: Via Nazionale liegt super zentral. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Trevi Brunnen, Spanische Treppe, Forum Romanum, Colosseo zu Fuß erreichbar. 3-Bettzimmer: gut ausgestattet, Matratzen hart oder zu weich (personanbhängig) Frühstück: Siebträger Kaffee und Essen ist gut. Service: Engl. sprachiger Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit In allem gut und waren zufrieden.

It should have been notified how to access the hotel. The address is in a building with construction and it looks untrustworthy. We had to ask multiple locals and until one mentioned to take the elevator inside the building to the 4th floor we did not know where the hotel was. The sign in the glass door in the street is not too visible. Once in the hotel everything is fine.

We were looking for a hotel near Termini Station for our last night in Italy before flying out early the next morning. Floris Hotel was not easy at first to find, a street vendor saw us looking around and pointed out where it was for us and knew immediately we were looking for Floris. I had forgotten that this hotel was the one on the 4th floor that is hard to find. We were greeted immediately. It is a nice front desk area and hall, has a working elevator which was nice with all 3 of us and our luggage. We only had a few hours to sleep once we got back to the hotel. I didn't sleep well, the bed wasn't great for me. They did have waters for us in the fridge and the fridge worked nicely which was great to store fruit in for my breakfast. The a/c worked very well and the rooms look newer. I had to ask for a blanket so they brought those immediately. The shower leaked onto the floor and in the morning after my husband showered I turned on the water to take a quick shower and after 10 minutes the water was still ice cold, I gave up and did a sponge bath from the sink that was very warm water. Not sure what happened there. We were leaving before 7am, so the front desk person wasn't there and thankfully the breakfast attendant called us a taxi. It was fine for what we needed. I don't like leaving negative reviews, I worked in hotels for years, so I understand how things work. I just don't think this place was worth what we spent last minute to get a hotel.

The Hotel is on the 4th floor using a very small elevator. The entrance is not too inviting, it seems to be the entrance to several hotels. That said the hotel was very nice. Room was very good.

It's a perfectly fine hotel option that is well located. The entrance to the building is off putting, very dingy and dark. Once on the hotel for, it is much nicer, though nothing fancy. The breakfast was ok, again nothing fancy. The staff were very nice and room was fine.

A clean, good location 3* hotel
I always read reviews before I book a hotel, so I was prepared what to expect: the building the hotel is in is not clean from outside but inside is clean and elevator is NEW. The hotel is on the 4th floor. It smells good and clean! Johnny was very nice and welcoming to us. He made check in a breeze. I also got upgraded to a larger room. It was very spacious and bright with a small but clean bathroom. Note to hotel management: please have some storage for toiletries in bathroom as I had to put my things inside the bide, there was no space to put anything. A small bathroom cabinet in the corner would do. The hotel is very quiet, you literally can not hear any noise from the street. The street the hotel is located on is quiet and perfectly located near shopping and cafes restaurants etc. by walk you can go anywhere from this hotel and it’s on a road that is easily accessible from any direction. The beds were comfortable, the blanket were weird not a duvet but thin blankets and a bedsheet. Overall, it was a great stay good value for money and I would return here. Originally I booked only for overnight (I normally stay in 5* only but since we arrived night I thought for sleep I could just book a clean, more affordable 3* to sleep in, next day go to “my actual hotel”, and I carefully selected this one!) but we liked the location and convenience (and cleanliness) so much we decided to stay another night since we really on the go all day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Situation de l'hôtel .
L'hôtel est très bien situé , non loin de la gare de Termini , et pratique pour visiter les principaux sites attractifs de Rome . Pas de bruit malgré la via Nazionale . L'accueil et la propreté sont parfaits . Juste un petit bémol pour la salle du petit déjeuner qui est un peu exigüe .
