Top!
Geweldig hotel midden in het centrum! Ontzettend schoon en het personeel is top! Altijd een praatje maken en je koffers werden naar boven en beneden gedragen. Leggen alles uit over de stad! Echt super! Een minpuntje is dat de gang best gehorig is.. Verder is het echt een top hotel! Alles is op loop afstand en 3 min van de metro!

Prima hotel midden in Rome
Wij sliepen in de 4-persoonskamer, gedeeld door en-suite deuren waardoor toch 2 aparte slaapgedeeltes te maken waren. Eén deel met tweepersoonsbed en een deel met deelbare bedbank. Kamers ruim genoeg, badkamer niet overdreven ruim maar schoon en voorzien vam alle gemakken. Lift aan de kleine kant, maar brengt je gewoon naar boven. Zeer klantvriendelijk personeel en geweldige centrale ligging met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, maar ook de metro om de hoek. En, niet te vergeten, gratis koffie/thee op de kamer. Ook de transferservice van/naar het hotel is aan te raden. Ontbijt wordt niet geboden, maar wij haalden lekkere broodjes en sappen om de hoek en aten ons ontbijt heerlijk relaxed op de kamer. Wat ons betreft is dit hotel qua ligging, kamers en personeel een aanrader!

Centraal gelegen locatie met krappe kamers
Het hotel is centraal gelegen, om de hoek bij de Spaanse trappen, in het levendige winkelhart. De bezienswaardigheden en andere centrumwijken bevinden zich op loopafstand. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig, belangstellend en behulpzaam. Het hoteldeel aan de M. de Fioristraat is gehuisvest in een smal hoog pand en bestaat uit receptie, trappenhuis en kamers. De normale kamers zijn bijzonder klein , hoewel de foto's anders doen vermoeden. De kamers (zowel slaap- als badkamer) zijn qua bewegings- en bergruimte ideaal voor 1 persoon, maar voor 2 personen met bagage echt te krap. De kwaliteit van het bed is prima.

Centraal gelegen en sfeervol hotel.
Wij hebben vijf plezierige dagen/ nachten in dit hotel doorgebracht. De kamers zijn niet zo groot maar wel mooi ingericht. Dagelijkse schoonmaak inclusief schone handdoeken. Er is geen lift maar de koffers worden bovengebracht. Het personeel is bijzonder attent. Onze kamer lag aan de straat, 's- nachts vanaf 6.00u vrij veel lawaai van bevoorrading winkels.

Hotel is kleinschalig. Locatie vlakbij Spaanse trappen is super. Personeel aardig en geeft je leuke adresjes. Voldoende shops en restaurantjes om de hoek. Jammer dat ze geen ontbijt boden of een arrangement hadden met restaurantje in de buurt. Kamer (wij hadden de kleinste) viel na het lezen van alle goede beoordelingen toch wel wat tegen. Douche verouderd, water liep niet weg en het scherm was kapot waardoor de hele badkamer blank stond. Na drie overnachtingen nog niet opgelost. Tips voor Rome: Vaticaanstad, Colosseum (beide online van tevoren boeken), fietstoer (Baja Bikes) en Pantheon. Helaas was Trevi fontein zonder water en in de steigers. Even relaxen met zwembad: ga naar Os Club.

Het verblijf was ok. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Kleine details die minder aangenaam waren zoals geen ontbijt dat inbegrepen was (had duidelijker vermeld moeten worden op de site) en op de kamer: batterijen van afstandbediening die niet werkten, geen paswoord voor wifi. Voor mensen die veel bagage bij hebben en op de vierde verdieping liggen, gaan zwoegen en zweten :-)

Prima hotel in het centrum van de stad
Het personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Ze helpen je graag op weg naar leuke restaurants, bezienswaardigheden etc. Voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn is het handig om een kamer te vragen op de 1e verdieping, er is geen lift. De kamer is comfortabel met een prima bed. De badkamer is wat gedateerd maar alles werkt en is netjes en schoon. Een prima hotel in het centrum van de stad voor mensen die actief de stad gaan verkennen. Alles is nagenoeg op loopafstand. Het feit dat er geen ontbijt in het hotel georganiseerd wordt is geen probleem. In de straatjes rondom het hotel kun je op diverse plaatsen snel of uitgebreid ontbijten tegen een redelijke prijs. Wij hebben het zeer naar ons zin gehad mede dankzij alle tips van het personeel.

Un soggiorno fantastico
Quando sono a Roma cerco sempre di prenotare in questa struttura che ritengo ideale per visitare la città al meglio. E' ubicata nel cuore del centro di Roma, è silenziosissima, arredamento e biancheria nuovissimi e veramente di ottimo gusto. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. Non si può avere la colazione ma in ogni camera c'è un bollitore e una macchina Nespresso: naturalmente sono disponibili gratuitamente bustine di the e capsule di caffè, zucchero e capsule di panna. La cortesia e la disponibilità del sig. Massimo sono impareggiabili. Un ottimo soggiorno senza alcuna sorpresa o lato negativo.

Friendly small boutique hotel.
We have 2 rooms and the weathers was extremely hot, the air conditioning is not sufficient during day time when we get back around 4-5 pm , I would suggested extra portable fan to help if the weather is around 36 for future guests.

The guest house is in a fantastic location and therefore within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions. Despite its central location, by night it sits on a quiet street so noise is not an issue. The host and staff are very attentive and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely consider staying at the guest house again

Location great, dont change dates!
So this place had very nice staff, but I accidentally booked an extra night and 3 days before my trip they wouldnt let me cancel a room sat empty and a large amount of my money went to waste. Location is amazing cant beat it I travel europe quote a bit for business, clean and well kept. Except I got bitten by a large spider 4 times on my face ended uup needing medical attention upon checkout after that evening. All in all great location! Would have liked a bit more of a bend of the night that wasnt occupied

Staff were very nice. But unfortunately there were no staff or front desk in the Annex. Check out was a bit inconvenient to still go out and go to the next street where the main guesthouse is located just to return the keys. Garbage bins in corridor were stinky and there were days when garbage were scattered in stairs & corridors. Clogged shower & sink drains. Toilet bowl, carpet & floor looks dirty. Kettle is really dirty.

Dear Mr L., Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you did not find your stay comfortable. Let me point out that it was your choice to stay in our annex room, which is located one small block away from our main guest house. If we knew that walking down 100 meters to return the keys was so unconvenient for you we would have collected them personally. Since there are other people living in the building where our annex room is located, bins are necessary to collect garbage. We collect our garbage daily and try our best to keep the corridor (which is a common space) clean, but we can't do anything about it if other people are not respectful of the place. We could have intervened for the issues in the room if only they had been made present at the moment of your stay. Or at least we could have tried to move you to a different room. Regards

There are many places to visit in Rome and the location could not have been better. Lots of restaurants close by, so never had to walk far for dinner.

우선 제가 비수기에 가서 방을 업그레이드를 해줬습니다. 그리고 사장님이 엄청 친절하세요 유쾌하신 느낌이랄까? 조식은 없지만 지도에 근처 아침이 좋은곳을 알려주시지만 위치정도만 알려주세요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 실내를 깨끗하고 시설은 좋았어요 하지만 난방이 중앙통제 시스템이라서 내마음대로 온도를 조절할 수 없다는게 아쉬웠어요 하지만 지내기는 좋습니다. 다만 스페인광장과 가깝다보니 저녁에 시끄러울 수도 있어요

We stayed nasty room. Toilet water did not stop all night. Shower has mildew all over. At night dog was barking. We also saw colonie of Ants next to the bed. Stuff was very nice but not a good experience.

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer and the location coudln't have been more central. The building was 400+ years old with charm and character. We had a great experience here and would most certainly come back again!!

Lovely little hotel, fantastic location.
We came to the Rome for 3 nights and the hotel staff have been incredibly helpful, giving us ideas and directions of were to go in Rome. The room had a little wear and tear in places but was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. There were a fair few steps to the room but we were kindly helped with our bags. The hotel is in the fashion district and right around the corner from the Spanish steps and only a few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, both worth seeing, with places to eat and drink all around. There is also stops for bus tours near by. A great place to stay.

Un breve ma intenso soggiorno nella città "eterna"
è stato un soggiorno breve ma intenso per la visita di Roma anche se la conoscevamo abbastanza bene, ma è stato soprattutto la riscoperta di zone centrali mai viste prima.Questo grazie alla fantastica posizione centrale a un passo da piazza di spagna.La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, rara a trovarsi, è stata uno stimolo a pensare di tornare una prossima volta proprio in questa struttura.

Amazing time as always
This hotel is amazing! Every time we come to Rome we stay here. The staff is so accommodating and easy going. Also the location is perfect! 5 min from the Spagna metro stop and less than a minute from Via Del Corso shopping and the Spanish steps. so many nice little restaurants all around too. The price for this place is always great too. Spagna inn charming house is also a great old style Italian feeling place rather than staying at some name brand place.

We were in a separate building from the regular hotel, which was a bit odd. There was an elevator in our building but not in the main hotel. The main hotel had very steep steps, so I imagine it would be difficult to climb if you had a heavy suitcase. The walls were really dirty, the TV did not work, and the faucet made a really loud noise every time it was turned on. It was in a nice location, but that was really the only upside.

Airport pickup straight to InnSpagna and you realise you're driving straight towards the Spanish Steps before the car turns off down a side road and pulls over - the location is perfect. So close to the Spanish Steps and easy to walk everywhere in Rome. Met by George who gave us a quick orientation and pointed us in the direction of the best pasta and pizza nearby. All staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are all up a flight of steep-ish steps so not for the less mobile or with huge heavy bags. Room was comfortable - tea/coffee making facilities, safe and TV all appreciated. Slightly on the small side but you're not in Rome to sit in the room and I expect you won't find much better elsewhere. Bathroom had everything you need, although a bit dated and shower was also a bit of a squeeze. Overall a great experience in Rome and if you're looking for somewhere safe, comfortable and central I would definitely recommend InnSpagna.

Good location. Staff are very nice. But our room need to be updated. Shower bin is very small, i am very small person but still hit the glass all the time when you take a shower. The room need more cleaning work, lot of stains on the bedroom wall, floor need power wash or clean. Bed and pillow are not so comfortable to sleep on....
