This hotel was great for our needs, in a quiet area and close to bus stops and metro. The room was comfortable for us as well. This is a great choice to stay but be advised about additional tax after your stay. We were not informed of the additional expense until after we checked in.

Definitivamente no es lo que esperaba, me decepcionó un poco. Las instalaciones no son las más bonitas y el baño luce viejo y descuidado. Es un cuarto pequeño y el que me tocó tenia sólo una ventana y resultaba muy oscuro. Las camas y almohadas son muy incómodas. Por otro lado, la atención y comunicación son muy buenas. La ubicación buena Hay tiendas, restaurantes y parada de autobuses y metro muy cerca. Llegábamos al hotel alrededor de las 10 de la noche y aunque las calles no eran muy concurridas parecía un lugar seguro. No regresaria

Convenient and great staff. The property had many maintenance issues (flooding, dirty shower, non working safe, poor tv, non working refrigerator)and the shower was very moldy. The furniture was old and was not very sturdy. The two additional beds had dirty mattresses and were very thin.

Receptionist was very helpful. Small rooms, rubbish breakfast..tea, basic orange juice and 1 croissant that's it. Breakfast was late everyday by 20 to 25 mins. Location is good close to metro station.

地下鉄も近く、とても便利なロケーションでした。 ナディアはとても親切だったし、部屋も採血で、雰囲気のある宿泊施設でした。 鍵を何個か渡されるのですが、ヨーロッパの施錠は日本人には馴染みのない方法なので、使い方が難しく、開けるのに少し苦労しました。 ただ、これも旅行の醍醐味と思えば楽しく、開けれずに苦労したことも良い思い出です。

Hurtig check-in, da det forgik online. Morgenmad blev leveret på værelset, dog med nogle misforståelser for hvad og hvornår det blev leveret. Lidt langt væk fra turist attraktioner, dog med mange muligheder for transport. Sengen var rimelig hård at sove på og vandet i badeværelset skiftede meget fra varmt til koldt.

It was a good value for what you are paying for! It is a five minute walk to the train station to get to all of Rome’s sights. It is a bit on the smaller side but it is clean and has great air conditioning. Perfect for exploring Rome!

Couples break to Rome
Lovely independent place, close enough to get around to see all the sites. Small but very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We would have liked the tea/coffee and mugs to be replaced. After we used them on day one we didn't have anymore for the other days. There was so much noise outside with construction that it was loud but you can't blame the accommodation for that. The hosts were nice and friendly.

We are sorry for your experience, our rooms match all the photos shown and are of the standard size. The shower water is always present and unfortunately the days of your stay there was a blackout in the neighborhood that blocked the boiler for a few hours. We have repeatedly turned on the boiler but unfortunately during the night there were more blackouts and we could not turn on the hot water boiler. The electrical failure of the neighborhood has been repaired. Sincerely

O único ponto positivo foi a localização, pois havia estação de metrô e ônibus próximos. Quarto sujo; ar condicionado insuficiente para o tamanho do quarto (não resfriava); frigobar que não gelava nada; chuveiro com pouca vazão de água e que constantemente desligava; café da manhã disponível que era uma piada (não entregaram o que foi combinado - pedimos suco e nos entregavam 4 copos com 50ml cada; pedimos alguma fruta: veio apenas no primeiro dia 2 bananas; pedimos que a entrega do café ocorresse às 7h40min em um dia que tínhamos compromisso e o café chegou às 9h); troca de toalhas apenas cada 4 dias; sabonete líquido disponibilizado fedorento - impossível de utilizar; não forneciam nem papel higiênico (tivemos de comprar).

Me and my girlfriend liked people who worked there and it was a fantastic position to get to different places, right in the middle of everything, could walk or get the metro, which was around the corner, into the centre. At first it was disappointing as the pictures advertised at first wasn’t what we got but we felt safe, comfortable, the people who worked there were fantastic and with it being Rome we were out most of the day.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Helpful with local details and suggestions of places to visit. Room was a good size with a nice, clean bathroom. Breakfast was much more than expected, delivered to our room at our chosen time. Location is good for the Vatican. We chose to walk everywhere but the Metro was also very close and trams are available. Area felt safe. We were able to store our luggage on the last day.

Value for money in a very convenient area!
Really value for money choice. Very good service, close to what promised. No serious issue, only the condition of the bedding sheets could be improved. Very kind staff, willing to help! The area is very good, close to the river and all the great city center. Kids loved it. I would definitely suggest it!

Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo alla metro e bus. Ottima pulizia. Camere molto gradevoli e confortevoki. Non abbiamo molto gradito la colazione consegnata in camera all’orario scelto dai clienti piuttosto che una sala comune dove poter accedere più liberamente. In pratica la sveglia mattutina era dettata dalla prima consegna. Nel complesso la struttura è ottima.

Struttura semplice con ottimo costo e posizione
Ho scelto questa guest house per la posizione molto comoda alla fermata Lepanto della metroA. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al Vaticano o in piazza del Popolo. La camera doppia era un po' troppo piccola per stare agevolmente con nostro figlio di sei mesi, molto meglio per una coppia. Avremmo dovuto scegliere una famigliare. Il lettino da campeggio ci è stato gentilmente fornito dalla struttura, senza sovrapprezzo (cosa non comune a Roma). Infine voglio lodare l'assistenza della ragazza alla reception, che si è presa cura di portarci la colazione alle 7 del mattino entrambi i giorni della nostra permanenza, nonostante l'orario normale fosse un'ora dopo. Colazione molto basic, da fare in camera non essendoci spazi comuni. Ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente ottimo!
