This was a great and convenient place to stay. The main thing that stuck out was the incredible customer service I received at the front desk They provided me with information on area activities, actually showed me to the room, hotel amenities, restaurant, and continually provided great service each time I entered or exited the hotel. The few negative issues were the bed, as I had to take ibuprofen the next morning as I could feel the metal of the mattress springs on my back the next morning. There are no elevators in the building and there is no light at the minibar located outside, so it makes it difficult to write items taken. Other than that, if I was to travel back to Rome for a day or two, by myself, I would recommend this hotel for that type of occasion especially if you need to be close to the train station, it was a 5 min walk there.
