Dear Jeffrey 90% of our customers are very happy and come back, 5% are satisfied and 5% unhappy maybe because they did not spend a nice stay in Rome. In your case never happened to us before that customers complained for the room n. 116. All customers love it. you did not notice maybe that the rooms on the first floor are hand painted with nice frescos and that there all around our paintings and sculptures a nice terrace nearby? I don't think you have the feeling to apreciate our little art hotel. Next time go to a standart hotel where all rooms are all the same without personality, maybe that choice is the best for you

Dear client Sorry for your dissatisfaction about the A/C because it was additional charge but if you look in the description you have ,, breakfast & wi-fi included,, nothing else.The problem are the customers who do not read their reservation well.In our amenities is very clear the information.

Yes the hotel description says we have air conditioning ,but is not specifically included in the price. We are sorry that you did not understand concerning the use of air conditioning. The difference of those who want to use 12 hours and those who want to use 24 and only to save the customer. Usually the day clients do not stay in rooms they go to visit Rome so they do not use air conditioning during in the day. But can happen that the customer want to stay 24 hours in the room and want to use air conditioning for 24 hours for this we give 2 option to the client. This two option is just for to economize the client . Probably, it would be better to charge all the service to the customer for air conditioning , indifferent how many times the customer used or not, so it no longer complains.

Siamo amareggiati che Lei pensa di aver prenotato una tripla ,la preghiamo gentilmente di controllare meglio la Sua prenotazione perché risulta una doppia non rimborsabile ,come può sapere se il bambino dormiva nel Suo letto matrimoniale allora non doveva pagare nulla ,ma chiedendo un letto extra significa che lei praticamente desiderava di avere una camera tripla e purtroppo doveva pagare la differenza. Sfortunatamente avete prenotato in alta stagione in cui tutti i prezzi di tutti alberghi sono eccessivi .Magari la prossima può scegliere bassa stagione pagando meta prezzo . La colazione e tipico italiano ( cornetto di pasticceria più una bibita calda ) per quelli che desiderano mangiare di più può scegliere la colazione extra . Questa sarebbe quello che Lei ha prenotata: Apr 26, 2018 - Apr 29, 2018 (3 Nights) Room Type Double Room, Private Bathroom Special Request 2 adulti + 1 bambina di 7 anni quindi serve un letto aggiuntivo Cordiali saluti
