Degelijk hotel buiten de 'stad' Rome.
Hotel is degelijk. Personeel is vriendelijk en beantwoordt je vragen netjes en goed. Er stopt een bus voor de ingang van het Hotel, dat is erg prettig! Die bus brengt je naar het Metrostation Magnalia. Van daaruit kun je de stad aan alle kanten bezoeken. Wij vertrokken meestal 's ochtends tegen 10.00 uur en kwamen 's avonds rond 22.00 uur weer terug. Dit was goed te doen met Metro en bus. Ontbijt is prima, wat weinig soorten brood. Hotel is toe aan een likje verf en nieuw behang. Er was tijdens ons verblijf een verbouwing an de gang. Wij ondervonden daar geen hinder van.

leuk hotel vlakbij het centrum en airport,
heel goed hotel vooral hotelpersoneel, ze waren heel aardig , en heel netjes en schoon, een ding minder is de WIFI heel slecht ,WIFI heeft geen bereikbaar behalve naast receptie .en hotel heel goed.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel is nice, outside of the city. Breakfast is average, not special. Parking is free, elevator is old. No understandble TV program.

Alright.
It was alright, inflexible checkin, location was not solid. Would rather have stayed closer to city for more money. Lesson learned. The room itself was small, bathroom was ok. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Climatisation presqu'inexistante
bel environnement, isolé des services comme magasins , restaurants..., internet peu efficace et seulement dans la salle commune, et surtout sans climatisation efficace. Je devais dormir la porte- patio ouverte en me faisant piquer par les moustiques à 28 degrés. Les ascenseurs étaient peu efficaces et souvent en panne.

assolutamente sconsigliato
Per fortuna abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte in una stanza tripla. Il personale non è per nulla cordiale. La stanza aveva un cattivo odore probabilmente anche per via della moquette e della carta da parati in tessuto ...oltre che illuminata da una sola lampadina da 3-4 watt ... quindi buia. Il mattino seguente la colazione. Difficoltà a trovare posto per via dei tavoli sporchi a causa della totale assenza di personale (vi era solo una signora che doveva fare qualunque cosa...). Sul tavolo del buffet c'era: 1 bottiglia di acqua calda, 5 cornetti vuoti freddi e privi di sapore, qualche fetta biscottata senza marmellata e per finire 1 succo rigorosamente caldo di ananas a nostro parere andato a male. Che dire sarebbe bastato leggere i commenti degli altri utenti per capire che questa struttura è scadente. Delusione totale, non ci torneremo mai più!

tranquillo, silenzioso immerso nel verde
scelto proprio per la posizione e costatato precedentemente la cortesia e pulizia , sono tornata e avvalorato le mia precedente buona impressione. Purtroppo non ci sono buoni collegamenti con il centro di Roma.

il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, grazie alla bellezza dello spazio verde e al silenzio...lontano dal rumore del traffico cittadino...la stanza era spaziosa, comoda e pulita!

Dirty and rude
The guy behind the counter was very rude and mean to us. The restaurant was just microwaved. The room had missing light fixtures, dirty, bug filled, disgusting and uncomfortable. To get there you need trains and busses that took us 2 hours about. This hotel is definitely not a place anyone should stay in.

Avevo prenotato una camera singola e mi hanno dato una junior suite con upgrade gratuito. La camera era pulita e il personale gentile. Non ci sono stati problemi se non per il wifi il cui segnale era scadente.

Hotel vecchio e decadente, la serranda l'ho dovuta tirare già con le mani perchè rotta, nel bagno non c'era manco una presa di corrente, il WI-FI non funziona (saltuariamente su smartphone e tablet), alle mie rimostranze in reception è stato risposto che per "problemi tecnici non è possibile collegarsi da computer". Vantaggio parcheggio interno (anche se il cancello è aperto giorno e notte). Da evitare.

L'hotel è un po' vecchio ma non è male. La camera era molto grande con un bel balcone, la zona molto tranquilla e vicino al centro. Tutto sommato non male.

It was hard to find, but not a bad place...
Park Hotel Blanc et Noir isn't the Ritz-Carlton by any stretch of the imagination but it isn't too bad either. It is a big place, and offers breakfast, and parking if you have a car. The rooms were dark and spooky because they were so old. It was a bit hard to find, but it was an OK place once you got used to it. Looking back at it now, there are worse hotels you could spend the night.

il set di cortesia del bagno era striminzito, non bastava nemmeno per la doccia di una persona, abbiamo comprato bagno schiuma e shampo al supermarket. i vetri della camera erano sporchissimi, il frigo bar era vuoto e spento, dovevi rientrare entro le 23,30 altrimenti dovevi arrivare in taxi.

Sehr schlechtes Hotel
Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und es muss dringend komplett renoviert werden. Bei unserem Zimmer war sehr viel defekt es war sogar eine Türe zugeschraubt hinter der sich eine komplett schmutzige, schmarode Küche befand. Das Morgenessen war sehr spärlich und der Zustand vom Esssaal erbärmlich. Wir empfehlem keinem dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Contratamos este hotel por la piscina y la piscina existe, pero está en obras ¡¡¡En Agosto!!! Por el aire acondicionado y hacia un calor horrible. Hay aire acondicionado pero no enfría lo suficiente, la excusa que fuera hacía 40 grados, lógicamente por eso pedimos un hotel con aire. La limpieza nefasta, la terraza llena de colillas y suciedad de todo tipo. Los enseres domésticos insuficientes y sucios. El wifi no funciona. Tampoco se nos sirvió el desayuno. En definitiva: han de verificar que las instalaciones del hotel cumplen con lo que dicen en su descripción para ofrecer un correcto servicio.

the rooms are old and need maintenance. There was not refrigerator in the room and did not provide water. the carpet needed to be clean and overall hotel needs to put a little more effort to have the rooms clean and in good condition.

Se non fosse per la pulizia...
La posizione dell'hotel è buona, c'e' tanto parcheggio e si arriva subito all'aereoporto di fiumicino. I problemi che mi costringono a mettere il giudizio negativo: 1)Bagno non pulito a dovere, il water era rimasto incrostato (sollevata la tavoletta l'orrenda scoperta, tralascio i dettagli) 2) I bocchettoni dell'aria condizionata erano cosi incrostati che quando l'abbiamo accesa ci siamo messi tutti a starnutire (chissà che diavolo ci è arrivato nel naso) 3)Le porte finestre del balcone non si aprivano, maniglie tutte rotte. Va bene giusto per un appoggio temporaneo, e in fin dei conti il prezzo è basso, ma quando si tratta di pulizia non esiste valore!
