Rather misleading, this is not a hotel but a block of flats being rented out AirBNB style. Don't be expecting room service or a concierge.
Upon arrival, we were presented with a room that looked nothing like the pictures. We were promised a balcony, a flat screen television with cable channels, and a rainfall shower. we booked the Deluxe Double Suite, and the pictures looked quite nice. What we were given was the exact opposite. It was small and cramped, didn't have the armchair shown in the pictures, no cable channels, just local digital television and there was no rainfall shower. The furniture was rather tired looking, and the bathroom door lock came off in my hand when I tried to use it. The shower had black mould.
After complaining to the manager, we were offered an "upgrade", which although appreciated, was not an upgrade as it still did not meet the originally promised expectations. There was still no balcony, no rainfall shower, no cable television.
The room itself was indeed slightly bigger, and looked closer to the pictures shown in the advertisements, so we were satisfied enough to stay there, but still felt at though we had been misled.
Despite all of this, the service from the staff was fantastic and warm (although there's no staff overnight), we did enjoy our stay overall and the location was good for venturing into Rome on foot.
