A very spacious villa in beautiful grounds
We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.

World Equestrian Games
I stayed here with 6 friends to go and watch WEG at Pratoni. It was a fab place to stay, lots of space and perfect for staying in and catering in the villa. You can go out to eat locally, it is about a 10 minute walk down a fairly busy road but there is a pavement. The house was very traditional Italian and we loved it, but for those who want modern and new its probably not for you.

A great place to relax while exploring Rome
This is a really great place. Very large, so large that we had too many choices or areas to sit in, inside as well as outside. All bedRooms are good but the airco are noisy, with a reoccurring hard sound. Outdoor a perfect place, great swimming pool, very large gardens, yes, several gardens and a football field as well as a trampoline. Plenty options for games for young and old as well as a great alfresco very large covered dining area with a large round table for 12 close to the bbq. Easy access to Rome, either by train 8 min walk away or by taking the metro from Anagnina, 10 min by car but exit at your chosen location in Rome center and service all evening whereas the train stops after 21. Friendly non intrusive Gardener /pool cleaner / service on site every day. Supermarket 5 min away. Several fridges and freezers available as well as plates, glasses and kitchen stuff enough for a restaurant, Absolutely value for your money. Would certainly recommend this place and would stay there again

AMAZING PROPERTY
Everything about this holiday was great! The property is huge and very clean . The pool was beautiful and the grounds were spacious well kept. Well situated - could walk to the train station to get into Rome easily , and could also walk to the supermarket easily. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful , responded quickly whenever we needed them. We opted for a brunch to be laid on by their cook and the food was incredible - enough food for 2-3 days ! Highly recommend this property ! It was perfect for us.

Great family and friends spot in the outskirts of Rome.
Easy in and out to Rome City center, and to both Frascati and Castel Gandolfo. Great outdoor property and lifestyle!
