'The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions.'

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise.'

'My stay at the Luv Happy House was the perfect getaway for my birthday. The house looks exactly like it is listed which is so beautiful! I loved everything about this place nd the host was very responsive, even when i called her at 11:00pm because I had a hard time finding the place. 'Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean.
