valt tegen
Weinig tot geen faciliteiten. Hotel ligt in woonwijk, in de buurt is niks te doen. Tijdens diner werd eten dat warm behoorde te zijn bijna koud geserveerd en de broodjes waren niet vers. Kortom weet niet waarom dit hotel vier sterren heeft. Is het mijn inziens niet waard.

Leuk hotel aan het strand, met oude spanjaarden.
Zou niemand aanraden naar roquetas de mar te gaan. Behalve strand is er niks. Enige goede aan deze plaats zijn bar san juan en don jamon.

Hotel básico, personal muy amable y atento
La habitación nos decepcionó un poco, las expectativas creadas con las fotos no se correspondían con la realidad. Las zonas comunes están bien, pero las habitaciones son bastante antiguas y básicas, y los colchones muy blandos y viejos. La piscina es muuuuucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotografías. Por lo demás, el personal es muy amable y atento, y la comida tanto del buffet de desayuno como del restaurante (carta) estaba muy buena.

Estimada Ines , hemos realizado reforma de habitaciones de bastantes unidades y estamos en proceso de continua mejora de instalaciones en general . Celebramos que el personal fuera de su agrado y que la oferta gastronómica también , la verdad que hemos apostado por la mejora de la misma así como la creación de un espacio enologico de primer orden en nuestro restaurante . entrada super rápida, hotel un poco dejadete antiguo mejor dicho, la cama cómoda pero el aire super ruidoso y no enfría nada realmente mala relación calidad precio, es caro para lo que es.

Estimado Daniel , el hotel tiene una decoración clasica , pero está hecho de madera maciza y marmol , nada de rechapados ni materiales de baja calidad . Para gustos los colores , no podemos complacerle en este caso . En cuanto al aire se puede dar una incidencia pero usted tiene siempre a su servicio a nuesta recepcion para buscar una solución a un mal funcionamiento del aire . Siemrpe estamos a su disposición a veces un simple cambio de habitación hubiera sido suficiente para que usted hubiera pasado una estancia placentera . Lo dicho , siempre que usted tenga una pega en cualquier sitio comunique con recepción para eso estamos , para ayudar . Saludos y gracias por su comentario .

El personal de 10. Los clientes no tanto.
l tiene y cumple todas las medidas de distanciamiento e higiene deseables en esta situación. El personal muy atento correcto y aseado con mucho respeto con respecto a la situación sanitarios y muy bien preparado para la situacion. Es una lástima que mucho de los clientes no cumplan esas normas y vayan a los baños y zonas comunes sin mascarilla y muchos no quieran cumplir las distancias razonables de seguridad a o con el uso de mascarilla a pesar de que el personal del hotel hace todo lo necesario, si los clientes no cumplen las normas es una pena. las habitaciones del hotel están muy bien equipadas. Me hubiera gustado que las sábanas las hubieran cambiado más a menudo yo creo que en toda nuestra estancia no las cambiaron pero por lo general bien aunque se podían haber esperado un poquito más en la limpieza de la habitacion. El buffet simple escaso y con muy poquita variedad. Respecto con la ubicación es muy cómodo porque está un paso de la playa y sales directamente de la piscina a la playa. En ese sentido un 10.

Estimado cliente , agradecer su tiempo para valorar nuestro hotel , es cierto que hay personas que no cumplen las normativas y nuestra labor es estar atentos para que se respeten . En el caso del buffet ,debido a la nueva normalidad sanitaria estamos intentando tener una relación de platos muy importante que se realizan al momento .La situacion del hotel es exactamente como ha descrito estamos en la arena de la playa . Y por suerte es una playa muy ancha y poco concurrida .

Leider war aufgrund der Corona- Krise das Hotel kaum besucht. Trotzdem super Lage, freundlicher Service. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren auch gut. Ich werde das Hotel für meine Kunden in Zukunft buchen.

The hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay the staff were excellent , the food good and Gala dinner was very good. Our only concern is the room was very dark, needed more light at night time.

Fabulous!!
It was lovely. It’s not a 5 star but nice enough and all the staff are fabulous. So friendly and happy. That made the trip for us. The location is really good - 15 minutes walk to a huge shopping mall and the weekly Thursday market in one direction (left at the sea front then left again after the huge hotel beyond the river bed) 10 minutes from the rear of the hotel (turn left then left again) to the town centre and if you turn right at the sea front 10 -15 minutes walk to a small but lovely marina where there are some nice bars and restaurants!! All are really easy level walks!! The hotel is on a lovely beach and there are nice chairs, tables and sun loungers in the pool area. We particularly liked the signs saying that reserving sun beds is not allowed!! Hotel bar is great and the measures are crazy compared to UK. The waiting staff are fun loving yet professional We loved the dancing by the locals who come into the bar. It felt like we were experiencing some Spanish culture. Same with the food in the restaurant...please don’t expect British type sausages and bacon with breakfast...it’s the spanish version in a typically Spanish hotel!! We will definitely return.

lovely hotel, disappointing stay.
This trip was for a special occasion, unfortunately due to a low number of guests in the hotel the buffet dinner on offer the first evening was very poor quality and only luke warm. This was not what we had expected from such a good quality hotel. Thankfully this was rectified after speaking to reception for the following evening. The poor meal on our first evening turned the trip into a disappointing experience.

Clean and welcoming. Was worried about some reviews which spoke of dated but the bathroom had recently been refurbished to an excellent standard. In the room the enormous bed (two doubles pushed together) had new bolsters, pillow (large square) and cushion with memory foam mattress. The mini fridge was a nice touch and there were ample coat hangers in the wardrobe, which is not always the case. We had one meal from the Carte rather than the buffet menu. Surprisingly this was ordered and served in the bar with attentive service from staff. The meal was excellent and good value also though the wine was pricey for a Spanish hotel. One note:- we had booked a accessible bathroom before arrival and were told on arrival that thy did not actually have such a thing but the bathroom had a walk-in shower and was excellent with very little water getting on to the bathroom floor, i.e leaving the shower tray. It was quite a walk to bars and restaurants and the food all seemed of the 'fast' type but the harbour was attractive goal if you like an evening stroll. Other reviews spoke of the hotel being attached too a shopping centre but we saw no signs of this. Over all a delightful short break.
