'The house overall is in a good location and accessible to places. The house was decorated as the pictures depicted but the outside was not as pleasant. The shutters need to be replaced or painted, the garage cans were filled with trash, and it looked a bit abandoned. I drove past the house twice because the address was wrong on the listing. The house looks old and probably being used as a rental property. However the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly because it has a mildew odor...
