'This house was in the perfect location for us to fully embrace coastal living at its finest from surfing to paddle boarding to snorkeling and beyond. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful girls getaway. Gibbs was a great communicator and check in and out was a breeze. 'This property was perfect for a family wedding on John’s Island. We were only four miles from the festivities with an easy drive on A1A. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean! The beach is a walk through a short path, and Dawn provided beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sunscreen and even hats and beach bags. The kids with us were entertained the whole time. 'This is our 3rd year in this house for our family reunion. It is the best. Love the tiki hut...we spent evenings playing pirate ring toss and laughing so hard. This house has so many features -- well equipped for babies, toddlers and everyone. Besides the tiki hut, there is the heated pool!! We are planning to come back next year for our 4th reunion.'

'The house was wonderful. Very conveniently located for the beach and for the downtown area. We were happy with everything. If we had one disappointment it was the very small dinning room table. My friends and I usually love to sit around the table in the evening and the morning to talk since we only see each other once a year. But the small table and the benches made it impossible for us to do that. But that was personal choice and we managed to still enjoy ourselves and the area.'
