'This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

'We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and I can tell you that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Yes, from the front it looks like an overgrown shed, but I assure you it’s so much more than that! Inside it’s airy and spacious with room for everyone to hang out together. 'There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome'

'The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.'

We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country! 'We had six in the house comfortably. No way you could fit more than 8. The construction next door totally ruined the view of the river valley. The river is a long walk from the cottage, really a short drive.'

'The Rock House is just beautiful, but its location makes it even more charming. Is super close to downtown and at reasonable distance from all the trending wineries on 290. Communication with host/owners was great. The check in/check out process was very easy and the house have enough accommodations to spend a wonderful weekend, any time of the year.
