'Everything about this Inn is awesome, I will never stay anywhere else but here I can’t say enough and words do not do my stay justice. The grounds are just absolutely beautiful and the Inn is gorgeous. Judy, Ken and Veronica are fantastic and treated us With kindness and warmth. The breakfast was absolutely incredible the food melted in my mouth.'

'Wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts. Beautiful vintage home with large rooms and amazing woodwork. Barb is a lovely, knowledgeable and intetesting host. Be prepared - she makes the most wonderful breakfasts and makes sure you do not leave hungry. The grounds are immaculate and landscaped beautifully by Ken. Shopping is very close by and easy to get to with a wide variety of choices. Hope to return next year again. Highly recommend. '

'I was traveling alone and stayed in the Virginia Room. It was very clean, cozy, quiet, and nicely decorated. Sam was friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t make the socials but it was nice to know that there’s an option to get to know other guests. They have a very nice patio area to sit and have coffee and it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. '

' The first night the room was too hot because we did not not think about turning the heater off. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. The hospitality was wonderful and breakfast was great. We learned a lot of Civil war history. We were surprised to find that the other couple staying there was from our hometown also.'

'I traveled and stayed for the weekend with 6 adults. If you have kids, this would be fine as we stayed in a premiere cabin. The bunk bed were tight for us. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable with the bar in your back and the main bed was ok. The place was clean and the shower had a good amount of hot water. The TV couldn’t get a signal to work. The place overall needs some TLC, but it was overall just ok. '
