Dat schoonmaak en bedlinnen niet gewisseld wordt bij een verblijf van meerdere nachten snap ik. Maar dat het niet mogelijk is om handdoeken zonder kosten om te wisselen blijf ik vreemd vinden. De prijs is namelijk gewoon een veelvoud van een enkele overnachting en daar hebben ze m.i. veel meer werk aan.

Die Unterkunft ist ok das Frühstück fand ich sehr nau und abends fehlten mir die Wahlmöglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Auch ein Supermarkt fehlt.

We stayed for one night, 2 adults and 1 child. Rooms were good size and great bathroom. Double bed was comfortable however the sofa bed wasn’t. Hotel is located close to the Naava cafe and just round the corner from City Santa. Breakfast was good, all very relaxed

The property itself is absolutely exquisite with all the decorations. The staff from the moment we arrived to reception extending to the bar staff for evening cocktails was absolutely superb. The true feeling of Christmas and Finland was all about!! Loved it every single moment.

Avez vous un gros compte en banque
2eme fois a santa clauss village, paysage tjs magique. Seul defaut de lhotel, aucun service, aucun arrangement possible meme un petit-déjeuner avant lheure car depart pour excursion impossible. L'année dernières 800€ 3 nuit en cottage b, cette année 1800€ 4nuit en family suite mais ca ne lai vaut clairement pas, je préféré l'ambiance de la chambre du cottage. Prix des restaurants idem trop cher pour ce que c'est, 100 € pour 2adulte et 1 enfant. Business is business mais la ya de labus. Je déconseille, vaut mieux un airbnb ou hotel a proximité

Cet établissement est une référence à Rovaniemi. L’accueil, le cottage, les informations, les activités et les employés sont excellents ! Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu. Tout est presque parfait. Cependant, nous avons quelques remarque d’axes d’amélioration : manque de festivité (musiques, animations gratuites en continue, etc.) ; tout est payant ! Vraiment TOUT est payant (il devrait y avoir beaucoup plus de remises, activités et services inclus).

대만족, 사우나 최고예요
관광명소에 있는 숙소라 큰 기대 하지않고 갔는데 굉장히 만족스러웠어요. 널찍하고 싱크대와 전자레인지 등니 갖춰져 있어요. 무엇보다 내부에 사우나가 있는 게 최고예요. 사우나는 꼭 이용하시길. 하루의 피로가 깔끔하게 씻겨나갑다:) 연박이라면 수건을 교체해달라고 미리 이야기하세요. 시내로 외출을 하신다면 돌아오는 버스 시간을 꼭 확인하고 움직이길 추천합니다.

First of all, the property is quite deceiving. I booked a suite and it's not around the cottages. The rooms were actually at the back of the property and it's quite a hike to get to the main building for breakfast. The unit was not worth the price as it offers minimal. You're better of spending that money at Nova Skyland. Upon entering our unit, What welcomed us is a dirty used rug upon opening the room. Called front desk and they just said "you want me to send the housekeeping back?". Well, housekeeping shouldn't need to come back upon check in. Then, there were some bugs coming out of the shower and bathroom sink. I wasn't happy spending my money here. Spend it somewhere else.

This place made my spouse feel like they were a kid again and they truly enjoyed it. My kids loved it and enjoyed every last bit of it. The only thing we probably didn’t like was the price and options for food. Overall great location and experience.
