Hello, Upon notifying us of the leak we did offer a different room type because of the unprecedented rain fall some leaks are bound to happen, You had chosen to stay in that room when presented with a different room. In addition, when the matter of the door lock was brought to our attention it was repaired within 15mins of you telling us. I believe we responded quickly, and tried to address your concerns. In regards to the Wi-Fi it had a strong signal, in the location of your room when checked by maintenance. It could've been your device. Thanks for the feedback.
