'The property was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to many things like Victoria Gardens, Ontario Airport, grocery stores, freeway access, etc. The property manager is easy to get in contact with and is responsive and helpful. The check-in and checkout process is straightforward. I would stay again.'

'We came to big bear to check out the skiing and this property was walking distance to the resort. House is well maintained. Only wish would be for a bigger master bed. :)'

'Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer.'

'There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.'

Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. 'The condo was very nice and is located right on the lake with beautiful views. Close to the village and restaurants. We had a great time and will stay here again.'

'It was very clean, but definitely not a luxury accommodation. The kitchen is cute and was well stocked. The window blinds are rickety and need to be replaced. Master bath needs a good coat of paint. A lamp in one of the upstairs bedrooms was missing a switch and could only be used by plugging and unplugging. Not a major issue, but annoying. 'More than enough room for our party of 5, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies for cooking and the location was great. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. It had an amazing view from the back of the golf course which was covered with snow. A couple issues is there were four lock boxes and we had to figure out which one held the key which get it and one of the two parking spots was a small narrow garage, which either of our vehicles fit in. 'Loved the condo, clean, good location and community pool. Wonderful view of lake and mountains. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren under the age of 8. We were only able to get one TV to work in the living room. The technician responded within 2 hours to attempt to fix. All good, we were just hoping as grandparents to have some "downtime" with kids watching TV in the bedrooms. Would absoutley say here again'

'This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs.'

'Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months.'
