After 5pm the people that live at the hotel come home anf they are loud. The room had NO door lock. The place was extremely dirty. Awful! Will NEVER stay here again.

The property was ok. It was very loud and even though we booked a non smoking room you could still smell it. The adjoining rooms were supposed to be non smoking but there was still smoking.

This property is being managed improperly from a repair and mantenance perspective. Simple things like replacing mildewed caulk around the tubs wòuld go a long way and vacuuming the hall carpets with carpet fresh to reduce the musty odor. We requested and received a cancellation on the spot in favor of another hotel. Our travel companion returned to her room after a local concert and decided she could not stay as well and drive home...a 4 hr trip.

Our room was recently remodeled so it was clean. The area around the entrance to our room was cluttered with dozens of old chairs stacked along the sidewalk to the holtel which did not have a working security door. Anyoine could have walked in. There were also dozens of wall mirrors , broken glass and complete , that were leaning against the wall along the sidewalk to our section. Dumpsters were lined up along the edge of the parking area full of old mattresses and storage pods were lined up also. I felt that prices were inflated because of the solar eclipse visitors. We picked this place because of the Wyndham name and lack of availability at other places. We were there because of a weekend long event for our young grandson.

The entire back half of the hotel where I was staying was under construction. They Started work at 7 AM and the front desk ignored us when we asked what was going on they outright denied that it was happening. Would not stay here ever again.

Hotel was under reconstruction so it was a bit of a mess. Vending machines were empty the entire stay, even after reporting to front desk. The info book was full of green and black mold and pages were stuck together. 1/2 way through a 5 min shower I began losing hot water. The door to outside would not close properly and therefore was unlocked all the time. On a positive note all staff seemed pleasant and helpful.

First the property is just in a state of disrepair. I had to get ready for a funeral and did not have time for the maintenance man. The extremely rude manager said she'd give us a small rebate but that never happened and of course she was not to be seen at check out. The assistant manager was extremely aggressive to me - a 65 year old woman and my 29 year old daughter. Despite us telling them not to send the maintenance man until we were gone. They sent him anyway with this assistant manager who put his hands on the door making it impossible to shut and was actually yelling at ME! Run, do not stay here. Breakfast and coffee are terrible. Just go to Comfort Inn or the Hampton inn and Expedia, you should remove them from your offerings. You do not want to represent this business.

There was a huge pile of trash bags, close to 75 bags, behind the building near our entrance. The back entrance door was broken so it did not lock. The pool/rec area was closed for most of the day, only open early morning and late afternoon.

This property was filthy. What looked like vomit was all over the mattress covers and wall. Holes in curtains, heater was broken, I went to the store and bought cleaners before using the shower. No sprinkler system, outside doors were kept unlocked, pool was gross when it was opened. Piles of trash outside the building. If I were Expedia I would promptly remove this property from my website.

Quite the Dump. Clock didn’t work, tv was horrible. Bed was comfortable. There were little black bugs in the bathroom. Gross. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We stayed at the Days Inn in Rutland for 2 nights. The entire duration there was almost non-stop construction work going on immediately outside of our room window (pressure washing and scraping) and outside of our room door (power tools, circular saws, jack hammering). The construction would start as early as around 7am and continue into the evening. We weren't given any heads up that this work would be going on or any kind of discount to accommodate. Part way through the first day I noticed a dead bug in the bed that looked like a tick. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe it had come in on one of us (even though it's highly unlikely during winter). A couple of days after our stay I developed itchy bumps all over my body. Doing research these bumps look exactly like bed bug bites and the dead bug I found in the bed was exactly what a bed bug looks like. Finally, the room was not clean. There were what looked like rodent droppings on the TV stand. The walls were very visibly warped. We couldn't get cold water out of the sink and had to use the tub. This was probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. I will say though that with all of the reservation work they were doing during our stay perhaps it will be much nicer in the near future. But we won't be staying there again.

Ew, just gross. The whole property is in disrepair. And i would be able to look beyond all of that if the room was actually clean. It was NOT. Black and red mold all over the shower. And the type of mold that was most certainly cleanable! Hair(not ours) on the floor and the toilet was definitely not cleaned prior to our stay either. Doors and walls had coffee or brown splatter on them. Just bad maintenance and management.
