'Perfect place to come back to after a long day on the water. Clean and spacious. Lots of local info was provided for the area. Woke up to a mama and two cubs playing in the large back yard! Walking distance to one brewery and only a few minutes drive to downtown Littleton!'

'Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice.'

'The condo was very clean and comfortable. Eddie's instructions to get into the condo were excellent and there was even free Hulu! The washers & dryers are downstairs in the basement and there was detergent and fabric sheets available. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Oh, and Eddie's wife ran cookies out to me just as I was about to leave. Thank you so much! '

'We enjoyed the location. It was centrally located to everything. Neighboring condo had tv surround sound that would vibrate our condo all day/night. And the pictures showed a tv in one bedroom which wasn’t the case and was a little disappointing but otherwise, nice place to stay. Oh and for a family of 4, more toilet paper would be great.'
