The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable and the food amazing. The only thing I found weird was that the sink is located in the room itself not the bathroom which for hygienic reasons isn’t good at all . You have to leave the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet perhaps… Having said that in general lovely place to stay :)

Unfortunate stay with mediocre service
Not worth the money for the service you get. My room was under the gym and I experienced thumping and vibrations from my ceiling and headboard from 6 am or earlier. The shower handle fell off during my shower and the water pressure was much too low. The room smelt of sewage when the shower was dry after a day at work, so did the parking garage and lobby in the mornings. The bed was also sprayed with a lemon spray everyday that was quite unpleasant. This hotel truly has a lot to work on in regards to the important and simple details. They offered me free parking and 30% of future visits for the noise in mornings… (I had the junior suite and was on a work trip).

My boyfriend and I booked this beautiful hotel along with others for a wedding party. From the moment we walked in the service was phenomenal. My luggage was delayed from the airport 2 days and Gregory at the front desk was very helpful. The food and drinks at the 3rd floor bar could not have been better. I loved the "Pornstar martini" and if there was a drink that was not on the menu the bartender was happy to make it. In addition, their restaurant facing the main square was also spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. While the hotel was in the main square it was not overly noisy. I have no complaints for this hotel. I only wish we had time to visit the spa. I truly want to thank The Bristol for a great vacation

출장으로 선택한 호텔로 방이 진짜 크고 청소도 잘되어있고 호텔 식당도 어느 곳이던 다 맛집이었어요 조식도 훌륭했고 야외 식당도 맛 분위기 다 만족스러운 곳이예요 특히 도심지 중앙에 있어서 산책 다니기도 좋았어요 혹시라도 이 지역에 다시 출장 가게 된다면 이 호텔을 꼭 다시 찾을 것 같네요

Great location in old town Rzeszow - we’ll appointed rooms with comfy beds and great bathroom facilities. Wish they would’ve explained the breakfast plan and other facilities of the hotel like wifi, gym at check in.

We love the hotel, have been staying here over the years. This time the electricity was not working, light was switching off on it own ?!?! AND heating must have been broken as we had external heater that didn’t look esthetically pleasing at all…. Also providing just one tea bag and 1 coffee pod per person seems extreme for 5 star hotel… We spend NY Eve celebration at the hotel which was AMAZING but when we wanted to have a drink and lunch around 12.00 at the restaurant we were told it opens only at 16.00 - this is very annoying… hotel bars should be open 24/7 especially for staying guests… so yeah lots of improvements necessary….
