The outfitting of the property was about what one would expect for this price point. It was fine. The upkeep of a few things in our room was below par. The bathtub leaked onto the floor, the toilet seat was loose and slid off the stool to the side, the sink faucets leaked onto the counter.

We have been operating the hotel since October 2017. Since then, we have replaced 15,000 sq/feet of roof, 100% toilets with dual flush. We have also replaced the hotel phone system in November 2018. We have also upgraded our Internet infrastructure in December 2018 to provide the best coverage for our guest. We have also renovated every room with new lights, vanity mirrors and artwork. In addition, we have professionally resurfaced 100% of the bathtub in the hotel. We have also upgraded our fire panel and replaced security system to increase the safety of our guests. We have replaced every bed base with bed platforms for better support in February 2020. We have also replaced 100% of the furniture in the rooms in April 2020. We have also replaced 100% of the locks in January 2023. We have just replaced 100% of the bathtubs in the hotel this year. We are proud of the improvements we have made to the hotel in a such short time; however, we are not finished yet. Mountain views, with several restaurants nearby, grocery store across street, and easy access to the interstate. Rooms are updated and clean. Dining area with coffee station, continental breakfast with a good selection of breads and sweet breads, fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs and fresh biscuits and juices. We made a prepaid reservation for a Saturday night stay as we would be on the road all day and checking in late and good thing we did because they were sold out! Seems like we weren’t the only ones who thought it would be a good place to rest for the night. Overall a really good value.

We have been operating the hotel since October 2017. Since then, we have replaced 15,000 sq/feet of roof, 100% toilets with dual flush. We have also replaced the hotel phone system in November 2018. We have also upgraded our Internet infrastructure in December 2018 to provide the best coverage for our guest. We have also renovated every room with new lights, vanity mirrors and artwork. In addition, we have professionally resurfaced 100% of the bathtub in the hotel. We have also upgraded our fire panel and replaced security system to increase the safety of our guests. We have replaced every bed base with bed platforms for better support in February 2020. We have also replaced 100% of the furniture in the rooms in April 2020. We have also replaced 100% of the locks in January 2023. We have just replaced 100% of the bathtubs in the hotel this year. We are proud of the improvements we have made to the hotel in a such short time; however, we are not finished yet.
