'Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! Some tea, coffee beans, sugar, milk and olive oil kindly provided. The smart home features for air-con, heating, radio etc take getting used to but are effective. Could do with...

'We had a lovely few days staying at the cottage which was very convenient for local sight seeing. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and lovely large rooms to spend time relaxing as well as enjoying local walks. Would recommend to everyone.'

'Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do .....'

'We had a great time in the coach house. Helen was very welcoming and the property was even better than the impressions from the website. Everything was clean, the inventory was very complete and the house is very cosy on a rainy day. We did a lot of great trips from Mere. Within 1.5 hours drive there is really a lot to discover. 'Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan'

'Cottage is in a lovely quiet street and good acces to many beaches. We did have some issues with cleanliness in the cottage but this was resolved. Overall we had a lovely stay'

'The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. 'It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend'

'De cottage was groter dan de foto's lieten zien. De woonkamer was eenvoudig ingericht, maar wel praktisch. De serre was snel warm en geschikt om er met open deuren te zitten, ook als het minder mooi weer was. De slaapkamers boven zijn echt ruim en netjes verzorgd. Prima bedden en mooi schoon universeel linnengoed. Heel fijn dat er boven een aparte w.c. was. En ook nog een tweede doucheruimte met wastafel en w.c. 'Goede bedden, de buitenkant doet niet vermoeden dat de cottage nog zoveel ruimte binnen heeft. Tapijt is met hondjes wel wat onhandig maar gelukkig hadden we het weer mee. gastvrij ontvangst en nog bedankt voor de welkomsborrel.'
