'Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that.'

'Fantastic stay on short-notice - absolutely will go back for the price. The room was clean and neat, and they stocked me with extra bathing items and toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of.'

'Our host was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was marvelous. A wonderful place! Only small gripe - it is a very old house and the walls and ceiling are completely transparent to sounds… so can be a bit noisy depending on who is your neighbor. '

'What a wonderful spot the Shaker Bear Cottage is!! We were in New London for a Colby Sawyer college reunion, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Our hosts Tom and Kem are wonderful, and their cottage is so lovely—-spotless, well appointed with anything we would need (kitchen, bathrooms) and was tradition New England decor. We loved our visit!!!'

'Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. '

'You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. '

'Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.'
