I had booked two king rooms. I received two rooms with two full size beds. By 7 pm there was no hot water. Was hoping for something so much better after traveling all day.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and put together as well as the front lobby. Our room did however have a minor issue with the shower, the shower head that was detachable wasn’t attached at the base so the shower head moved around and when we first used it water got all over because the head wasn’t stable. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean and quiet.

Unclean. Stains and food found in room. Fitness room was under construction and fully unusable. No microwave in room, and staff was rude when one was requested (which our booking said we could do) and never brought one or contacted us as they said they would.

I am giving this place a poor review due to the fact that they placed me in a different room than what I paid for on Expedia. The receptionist claimed that even though I paid for a king size room with balcony because it was through 3rd party(Expedia), I was not guaranteed the room. The hotel was full and everything was overpriced for what was actually offered. I was also given a room that was inconveniently located even when I stated that I had an infant. I requested a refund for overpayment and was told it wasn’t possible so I was provided meal vouchers. Overall will not book with this hotel again.

We should be made aware that they have a swamp cooler for air conditioning before making the reservation. Made them aware at 10 am that I had it set at 68 degrees and when I left the room it was 75 degrees. They said maintenance would look at it. 2 pm go back it's now 76 in the room and blinds had been shut since the night before. Head back to room at 6 pm and stopped by front desk to see if they had looked at it and that is when we find out that they have a swamp cooler which was obviously not working properly. Said they were working on it.....get up to room not only was there no service that day (no we did not have the do not disturb on the door handle) it was a nice 76 in the room. It was a miserable night trying to sleep when you are sweating. For a room that was 170.00 per night I expect to have air conditioning when it's listed. Never again would I stay here when the weather is over 70 it was no pleasant and the staff never apologized just gave us the song and dance it was being looked at.

Air conditioning was broken on the whole first floor. They booked us in a room that they knew was going to be a million degrees overnight and didn't seem to care whatsoever when we mentioned it the next morning. There was no sleep to be had.

We only stayed over night, but the room was lovely, we were a quick cab ride from the airport. And there was a shuttle to get back to the airport.

I chose this property for the pool and restaurant, and I have stayed in every single hotel near the airport. Th service stands out, I was greeted by kind front desk employees who helped me find a quiet room (I have small children). The cookies were a “warm” welcome after a drive and it kept the kid occupied long enough. The pool was warm, quiet and very clean. We ordered room service and not only was I stunned by the menu, I was thrilled with what we received! I got the Lamb lollipops and it was an incredible meal. My kids meals were both beautiful, one got the sliders and the other a grilled cheese and fries. The food was all AMAZING! I cannot rave about our experience enough, even the shuttle driver was friendly and engaging. Will only stay here from now on with kids!

The airport shuttle driver was top notch. I can’t remember his name but he created the best experience for us. We had a flight delay and the lobby staff and shuttle driver helped us with plans for the day.
