Great Condo!
We had a great stay at the condo with our family for a graduation. Plenty of bedding, towels, dishes and space. Great location to walk to Trax or take an Uber anywhere. We will stay again!

Great little condo
This is a great little condo that is close to everything. Skiing with the family at Park City and Alta was a breeze. Easy travel to all our destinations and great access to nearby restaurants. The unit was clean, well appointed, and roomy enough for the family. A dedicated parking spot was a real bonus. Definitely will come back to this spot next year.

SLC For Christmas!
We brought our own Christmas tree! The condo was great for the 4 of us and easily accommodated 6 when our son & his girlfriend joined us for watching movies and opening gifts!

Close to everything and well apointed
The place looked beautiful inside and it was really well setup. There were a lot of dishes which was fantastic for an extended stay (a lot of places have one set). This place was close to everything including Temple Square and everything else downtown. I would come back again!

Perfect spot for visiting SLC
This apartment is in a great location. Easy to access downtown and easy to get to the mountains quickly. The grocery store is one block away. The property manager is very responsive. The hot water went out while we were there and Leslie got it fixed that day. The beds were comfy and the AC was cold. I would recommend this place to others.

First Visit to Salt Lake City
I've used VRBO several times and this was by far the best communication I've had from a host. Everything was exactly as listed except the bonus of a weighted blanket for the den! We look forward to staying again.

Convenient and clean
We stayed for a college visit and ski trip. The location was very convenient for access to U of U campus, food options, downtown, and made for easy travel to ski hills. It is also very close to public transportation. The space was clean and comfortable. Leslie provided timely, clear communication and was great to work with.

Close to Salt Palace
The rental was as expected. The beds were comfortable. The condo was warm (too warm at night!), there were plenty of towels & blankets, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. We only had two complaints – the Keurig malfunctioned on the second day, and it was too warm at night for us. We were unable to turn the thermostat down below 68°. We were able to heat water for coffee in the electric pot. We would stay here again!

Great Place, Great Location
Great place and great location. It's in a condo complex so need to go through some stairs to find but very convenient location. Gas station convenience store, McDonald's, and grocery store right across the street. Walkable to many restaurants, UTA, and also very accessible to Lyft. We took a Lyft to ski so didn't spend too long here but was comfortable when we were here. Bed sinks in and a bit soft for my preference but no big deal. I definitely would stay again.

Closer to SLC Downtown!
The property is very nicely maintained and located very close to downtown SLC. We enjoyed our stay. The only one thing is that locating the property at night could be little tricky. We went around in circles quite a few times although property manager provided us with good directions.

The best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!!!
The property owner was wonderful and so helpful with providing information to make our stay super relaxing. I’ve stayed in a number of different VRBOs and this was easily the best experience I’ve had. The condo was in great condition, super clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had tons of pots/pans and was stocked with spices/seasonings. Overall, an awesome place to stay!!!

Had everything we needed and more. Check in directions were a little confusing because the name of the complex is different than reservation and because there were three parking places with our assigned number so you definitely have to use the photo for identification and we weren't the greatest at deciphering the instructions.. Drove right to it but weren't sure because of complex name and parking situation. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need as well as other items.

I do not recommend this property since after your stay you make extra charges when you rent the property they tell you that they have active cameras at the entrance for your security and after my stay they tell me to steal a comfort from the property I tell them that Show me the video where she ensures that I take it since she says she has active cameras because I am sure I did not, on the contrary, we left the house as clean as possible and she grabs me an extra charge for theft and never gives evidence when I I ask them to open a case and she does not provide proof of what she says but she relies on saying that there was damage to the property and that the money would not be returned, the only thing they tell me I can do is comment on my bad experience because she will not return the money for That is why I do not recommend this property since they charge you extra without giving you proof. I have been renting properties for a long time and my rating is 5 stars because we have never left any damage to any property. I am very upset that Allan accused me of something that we did not do without giving evidence, be careful when renting this property, it is theft what you do

This is a retaliation review and should be disregarded. Unfortunately this guest didnt like a VRBO decision regarding missing property. In 5 years of operation we have vary rarely had the need to make a claim for damaged/missing property, this was one of the very rare instances where our inventory showed a newly added item missing and another one severely damaged by the guest. When we attempted to communicate with the guest regarding the damage he lashed out immediately in anger. This issue was taken to VRBO where it was reviewed by the neutral 3rd party, and did not fall to the guests favor. This review was written and submitted by the guest less than an hour later, not as true review but simply in an attempt to damage further and cause more harm.

Nice quiet condo
Great space, super clean, kitchen was great altho a little small it was outfitted with quality appliances. 2 reasons for the 4 star and not 5… first the mattress in the bedroom felt like sleeping on a cot, you sink down in the middle and the second reason which was even more important to all of us was the lock on the ac, every 2 hrs it would reset to 78* and all of us woke up sweating and having to turn the air down again. That was extremely inconvenient as we were on the go most of our time here and our rest was of the up most importance. If management could change that one thing I’d highly recommend and probably would have overlooked the mattress and given 5starts!

To address your concerns: the mattresses are the highest rated mattresses on amazon, with over 27000 reviews, most people love them, however we are aware that there isnt any bed in the world that will please everyone, sounds like this one unfortunately wasnt compatible with you. The thermostat is a Smart Thermostat, we apologize you had difficulty navigating its use. It does reset, but only *twice* a day, when no motion is detected for several hours, we do this to help reduce our footprint and take part in being responsible energy users for our planet. Looking back on the history gathered, at no time during your stay did the unit temp register higher than 72 degrees, even after the reset would happen. Thanks again for your stay.

Nice & clean place!
The apartment was very clean and nice. Located at a great location and very close to the university. The surroundings were quiet and we were able to sleep well. Overall, our stay was comfortable. It appeared to me that most of the residents were students from University of Utah and we did not notice any noise issues. I highly recommend this place and hope the surroundings stay quiet during school year when all the students are back.

Not bad for short stay
Pros: Location was close to everything is Salt Lake Property looked clean Basicly looked like the pictures Had mostly what we needed Nice decor Cons: Smelled like a moldy basement. Had to buy lots of fresheners to try to cover the smell. While the inside looked alright, the complex is not in good shape Carpet needs renewing We weren't informed until right before our check-in that there was major water damage in the ceiling over the shower. So we were left with a big hole over the shower. We had to tape a bag over it because it was freaking the kidds out. Then we find out the very next morning at 9am people are coming to look at it so we had to be ready to let them in. Not what I wanted to start our visit with. In looking back at the reviews, they clearly knew about this issue back in June but didn't warn us about it and give us the option to look for a different property. Not very professional. So it could be an accecptable property if they get the issues taken care of but we wouldn't stay there again because of their management of the situation.

Thanks for your review. Luckily this issue has been resolved and the leaking unit on the top floor finally took care of it and all has been repaired. Since it wasnt our leak or our plumber we had no control over the scheduling or repair timelines, we gave you as much notice as we had regarding the situation. Thankfully, he was in and out that morning in under3 mins, just checking to make sure his repair had in fact resolved the issue.

Great Place!
We were only in town for one night, but this was perfect. Check in was a breeze, and we walked to a nearby Italian restaurant for dinner. There had been a small leak from the above unit, and the property manager took care of it immediately while we were out. We were able to walk around to check out some of the city early in the morning before check out. Comfortable, quiet place!

Great overnight
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, thoughtfully appointed condo. The assigned off-street parking was very convenient and neighborhood seemed nice although we didn’t get much of a chance to explore. Very clean and easy check-in. The only downside was that the walls seem on the thin side so we could hear the people in the unit above us moving around; nothing terrible but something to be aware of

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
The unit is very comfortable and the appliances and fixtures are up to date and clean. While parking was initially a little tricky, notes from the property manager made it easier. The unit allows for easy access to University of Utah and other shops very close by. The bed I stayed in was comfortable and the A/C worked great for the hot days I was there allowing me to be comfortable inside. Definitely a nice stay at an affordable price.

Convenient location for the U
