The Space:
There is a single garage space available that leads directly to the separate entrance. The space has a fully supplied kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.). It also has a Keurig for a nice fresh cup of coffee. There is a ping pong table and assortment of board games & puzzles. Also, a 65 inch flat screen in the living room. Each room has a cozy memory foam mattress. There is also a quality air mattress available.

The Neighborhood:
There is a unique park behind our home, that the kids love. The neighborhood has many great hiking locations. Eagle wood golf course is a 5 minute drive. The home is conveniently located near the freeway as well to easily get to any destination in Utah.

Getting Around:
The I-15 is 5 minutes from the home. The Salt Lake City International Airport is 15 minutes away. To get to the heart of Salt Lake City it is a 15 minute drive as well. Park City is a 30 minute drive. 15 minute drive to the Lagoon. 45 minute drive to Antelope island. 13 minute drive to the Vivint Arena.

Other Things to Note:
This is a 6,000 square foot home and the upstairs is rented separately. It has a separate entrance in the garage and we have never had any issues and we strive to keep it that way.

Odor control needed.
I would have 100% given this place 5 stars, but theres a very strong moldy odor inside the place. The smell hits you as soon as you walk through the door. After awhile you get used to it but the odor was so pungent in the room thats located next to the restroom, after the 3rd day of being there, I couldnt sleep anymore, the smell was keeping me up. The smell inside of the room might be from the carpet being wet by the window. Other than that, everything else was great, I loved the arcade games and ping pong table.

This basement apartment is absolutely beautiful! Spacious, cozy, and so much fun. The arcade games and ping pong table were entertaining for the big kids and little kids alike. Property manager was responsive to all communication. The neighborhood was beautiful (even saw those deer mentioned in a previous review). Fully stocked with towels, linens, lots of kitchen utensils and gadgets… even filtered water in the fridge.

Perfect Family Stay!
We booked this stay for college drop off for our daughter and it was perfect for our family. We cooked plenty of meals, had more than enough room to spread out and it was very clean. We look forward to staying again.

Spacious, safe, clean, great location
This was a great place to stay for my family of 4. It would easily accommodate more since there are 3 bedrooms. Checkin and check out process were easy. Property managers were helpful and gave us our privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant stay
first time in Utah and staying at this property really added to the experience. Brilliant state. Property was exactly as listed on the website. Very clean, spacious and overall a fun place to stay. Communication with Rick was prompt and he was very responsive to all our requests including providing us with recommendations for things to do in Utah. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Basement Apartment in Salt Lake City
We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It was quite clean with plenty of space for everyone. The arcade games and ping-pong table were a great perk. The location was awesome. We could have used some extra pots in a better condition but we made do with what we had. We would definitely stay here again.
