'Had to call police as housekeeping stole jewelry. Police even recognized her as a repeat offender but hotel refused to do anything about it. Jewelry was not recovered and no apology or compensation given. '

'The hotel was ok. It would be a decent place to stay if you were needing somewhere long term. They had a VERY strong plug-in in the room. I assume they were trying to cover up a smell. The bathroom smelled like a sewer after we showered so I'm assuming that was the issue.'

'This was my second stay at this property. First was last summer and they are doing an amazing job at maintaining it. It is quiet despite its proximity to Loop 306 and multiple hotels. Staff was friendly and attentive. '

'It was a really good stay! The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They didnt know it was my birthday until it was mentioned. They gave us each a complimentary bottle of water & soda, a bag of chips, and a candy bar. The hot tub and pool were very clean and accessible. The beds seemed comfortable, but i think need to be upgraded to memory foam. Other than that, amazing stay and a memorable birthday.'
