The price is okay as per the location since, it’s lil far from the city. They need to work on the cleanliness the most. Bed sheets had some stains and the carpet felt greasy. Breakfast would be better if they’d add some options for vegetarians as well.

Everything was good, except our bathroom had this musty wet towel smell in it. The staff was AMAZING! The front desk lady who checked us in was great and the breakfast attendant was so friendly and offered us freshly made, warm muffins.

I was very unhappy with my stay, the hotel was very loud, wether it was stomping and slamming at 2am or housekeeping telling outside the door for hours, very rude to someone like me trying to rest. I had my do not disturb tag on my door and housekeeping still banged on and tried to enter my door. The bathroom smelled like urine and the floor was sticky, gross. Worst of all the hotel false advertises comfy pillowtop mattresses. It's a hard spring mattress with a useless mattress cover that provides no comfort. Very uncomfortable and hard, terrible pillows.

I was very disappointed this time around, since I’ve stayed at this hotel several times while traveling to San Antonio. Although the front desk staff was very pleasant and nice, we had issues with breakfast time. Came downstairs at 8am, nothing was available, no eggs or meat, trays were empty !!! Came back down at 8:30 and same thing. We eventually just went to ihop for breakfast. Very disappointing when you paying $130 a night. Didn’t have a working TV in our room. We were only able to catch one channel the entire time we were there , on the first night front desk staff was nice enough to come upstairs to try to fix the TV but the problem continued, and we eventually just gave up on it. Hotel was clean and quiet as always.

Hotel was clean. Housekeepers were friendly but front desk staff was very unwelcoming from check in til check out even when I would see other guests checking in. Breakfast staff would glare at you uncomfortably everytime you got food so I only ate once and decided on outside food the rest of the time. I did not get my rewards after asking the gentleman to please make sure my email was on file. Every time I asked a question he was cut me off and say I’ll answer that in a minute.
