Guest was completely obnoxious from the second he walked into our hotel. He was in with a YOUTH football team. All wanted early check-ins. As stated on Hotels.com website, check in is at 4pm. Guest arrived around 12:30-1:00pm wanting to check in. We explained POLITELY rooms were not ready as we were sold out the night before and the 2 housekeepers were out sick. We explained rooms would be ready closer to 4pm. Brian and his guest decided to wait in our lobby for 2 hrs. As we started checking in guests as rooms were ready he became blatantly obnoxious, talking over us, yelling that the name we were calling left.... acting like a complete child. He became very impatient and wanted to cancel. Due to our policy on cancelation he would not get his money back through hotels.com. At that point he became very irate, screaming in front of his own child and other children that we were a ghetto hotel, we must be so ghetto we need his money that is why we wont approve the refund. He then started degrading us and accusing us of being racist. He said and i quote as he's talking to his son " they wont check us in early because we aren't THEIR KIND" . He continued on in his rampage saying we were stupid Mexicans, would never be on his level. He was a big boss and we would all be beneath him. Telling his son "see this is what happens when you don't go to school." I have a veteran who was working front desk at the time. And I personally did graduate from college. This man was the definition of disrespect. Once he walked out the two women with him, his wife and sister proceeded to come up and try to smooth things over AFTER they sat there egging him on the whole time. At that point YES we became upset. I made them leave the hotel which is when this man tried to hit me with his truck, and his wife stated she hoped i got shot since we were in the hood....... what kind of human says that ???? They were kicked out of this hotel. I do have video with audio that will back up my entire story.

My sincere apologies with having that experience. I assure you the situation was handled the second i found out. Thank you for letting us know.

My apologies, we actually have 2 parking lots. One in the front and one in the back. On sold out nights we do get packed.

Our entire Key system crashed for about a week. We did notify everyone before at check in about the issue. Nothing was said at check in. My apologies.

Our apologies on the pool not working. Our pool house was broken into and the pool pump was stolen. It took almost a month to get all parts in and working again.

We have explained the issues we had with our pool. We attempted numerous times to enter and clean room, but were stopped by guest at door. She gave us towels and trash but never allowed us into the room. Housekeeping is only here for a few hours a day. When they go to the room, that is their chance to get it cleaned for you. If you don't allow them in, there is no way for us to clean it. Pest control was in room and surrounding rooms and never found any evidence of ticks or any other insects. As far as the window.... we moved you rooms and dealt with that issue while you were on site.

My apologies about the issues with our pool. The pool room was vandalized and parts were stolen. We had to wait for the repair.
