We stayed here for two nights, it was oké. Could be better could be worse. Close to the airport but you hardly notice that. Our ac was a bit noisy, bathroom was excellent, breakfast was crowded but oké.

My group used this hotel as we had a 5 a.m. flight heading out of San Antonio international Airport. Our group stayed out late on the riverwalk which was not far and we only used the room for the bed and the shower. This stay was very close to the airport (10 min drive) and we were able to fill our rental car with gas and return the car. I would stay at this hotel again if under the same circumstances. If I was not flying out the next day, I think I would have chosen a stay in the city. However, this stay makes sense if you have access to a car.

Had a consistent issue with the lock on my door where the card reader wouldn’t read my keycard and I had to consistently go down to get someone to go up with me to unlock it. When brought up and explained to the front desk people I was just told to try the card again and again until they got the point that it wasn’t going to budge. The bedsheets had a yellowish stain and the trash was not taken out at any point during my stay.

Been a regular client here for years. System was down, the young lady at desk was excellent at 2am to help us, but I got violently sick as soon as I drank the water here for two full days and I received about 6 calls and constant knocks on the door, from staff through 2 days asking my name, as they still didn’t have an active computer system, I have a disabled daughter. The people here are very nice but, when they have no support to make executive decisions, they are rendered helpless. I’m extremely disappointed with the mold, and the chlorine odor from water, horrendous odor from pipe in handicapped bathroom. Not worth even 40.00 dollars a night but paid hundreds a night. This has been my go to for years. I am a former San Antonian and really like the employees here but La Quinta has become very bad to sell at these prices. This property should be redone inside not repainted on the outside or closed down.

This property is horrible. Super unclean. Outdated. Booked it with no warning that construction was going on inside. Room smelled awful. No air conditioning in halls or elevators. Found bedbugs within 20 minutes of being checked in. Left with a full refund. Manager didn’t even ask to see pictures or proof of the bugs… I assume they are aware of the infestation.

I double booked on accident and they fixed it at the front desk but didn’t give me the room i reserved which had a kitchenette. The room we got had no tub like i booked. It had a warm mini ridge and a microwave. The sheets had stains dark brown maybe blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Found two roaches in the room and several around the property. They had stray cats coming in the lobby. For some reason that we all know, they didn’t bother to put online they are actively doing renovations while guess are there i was woken up at 8am and they told us well we out a sign out so nothing could be done and the loud noises coming above. I had to literally get up and leave until they finished.All in all terrible hotel, location, staff, and cleanliness. I honestly thought id bring home bed bugs. Also all the windows open fully and Have no safety nothing ion them if you have small children don’t open them!

Room had an odor to it and was not properly cleaned. Had to ask for cleaning service, only to be ignored because staff didn’t write it down. Later on, we discovered mold in our room. On the bright side, at least we were accommodated and our room was upgraded. However, overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We reserved a room and called to say we would be arriving late due to a late flight. When we got there they had no room like we reserved. She said she would upgrade us toa suite since we were only staying one night. Well let me tell you that suite was ok, but the living room part was DISGUSTING! The furniture appeared to be from the 60's-70's era. The arms of the chairs and couch were BLACK! We took the bathroom towels to cover the furniture to sit on it. You really shouldn't use these rooms til they are finished. And if you have someone who called saying they are arriving late you probably shouldn't sell their room to someone else.
