Great Location
Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright.

San Clemente Beach View
The location of this property is outstanding! We really enjoyed being close to the beach, pier, and the beach trail. Walking to restaurants was easy. The interior of the unit was clean and cosy with lots of sunshine. Even though the views of the ocean were limited, it was fun to see even through the rain. I would highly recommend this rental unit.

Overall experience was good. Great location to access beach, pier and downtown. Was very noisy due to windows that faced out to an inner courtyard. Patio could have been swept and cleaned much better.

Everything was on point the only thing that I was disappointed about was that I wasn’t told before hand that the washer and dryer cost money.. it was nearly impossible to find quarters and if I would of know before hand I would got quarters before we left for the trip.. so that is why nothing was washed.. other wise everything else was great.

Perfect Location with all the Amenities
Terrific property a short walk to the pier, coffee shop and restaurants across from the beach, as well as access to the beautiful beach trail for morning walk or run. Recommend!

Great for family with young kids
Perfect space for our family of four (two adults and two kids 5 and under). Very clean, well-stocked. We could have comfortably fit another adult or two more young kids for sleeping. The patio space was fantastic, with grill, high table for dining, and fire table and offered two limited views (west and north) of ocean and coast. We enjoyed a spectacular sunset on our final night. Also an easy 2 minute walk to the San Clemente pier, beach, and shops. No A/C (only heating) but was comfortable with windows open and a fan to draw in ocean breeze if needed.

This is an ideal location for a family of 3 or 4 with younger children. Spotless and well stocked with a boogie board, beach chairs and small cooler.

Great location but no A/C
Great rental for 2. Would not work for more. No A/C and the old windows were tinny so the beautiful breezes could not get in the unit. It was about 80 at night inside with fans running. Not a summertime rental.

Easy check in, great location. Got a little stuffy in the afternoon. The sofa is an extended sofa, not a pull out bed but decent. Easy walk to the beach.

Great location
Great location near beach with off-street parking. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Nice patio/balcony. No A/C but there were fans. Place gets pretty hot with not great airflow. We had 4 (3 adults and a teenager). Definitely a bit cramped and the sofa bed really only sleeps 1 adult comfortably. Great place for 2-3...4 is pushing it.
