Perfect Place in PB
My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this condo in Pacific Beach. It was wonderful. Superb location with perfect views of land and sea! Clean and comfortable with a designated parking spot, we loved it here. Tom, the owner does a wonderful job of communicating and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Hope to make a return visit!

Winter Escape
Spent a week in San Diego to escape the Midwest January cold. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of little details like plenty of hooks, hangers, well stocked kitchen made it comfortable stay. Lovely view of the boardwalk and surfers from the living room window!

Pacific Beach - Ocean Front
Great great location - walk out the front door to the beach path, close to great restaurants, and not too far to get into downtown San Diego easily. Worked great for our visit, secure/reserved parking, and was very clean. Hope to return for another visit.

We enjoyed this cozy condo that had a great view of the ocean from the living room. Location was great and not far from all the great things San Diego offers. We really appreciated the underground parking, Tom, who owned the condo, called to make sure everything was in order. Great place to stay!!

Fantastic getaway
My husband and I stayed in this condo for six days and it was perfect for our beach getaway. The location is perfect to enjoy beautiful sunsets and within easy walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The grocery store is close by if you plan to do your own cooking. It was a wonderful surprise to have brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. Other rentals we've stayed in left us with rusty broken down equipment to use. The owner, Tom, was on top of any communication we had and very responsive. Check-in was super easy! If I may make one suggestion, it would be to install a pull down shade behind the blinds in the bedroom because of the bright outside walkway lighting. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Pacific Beach Getaway
We have previously stayed at this property. It was just two of us, but the property could easily accommodate more. We had perfect weather for our stay and nearby, our many nice restaurants and activities to do. The property owner has everything there for you to enjoy the nearby ocean with the boardwalk right outside your window. Beach towels, boogie boards, etc. are all readily available as is the ocean. I do not see how anybody staying here would not appreciate the experience. The owner has the place very clean and well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi as well as a very good television package that has Al most all of sports channels are available. We definitely hope on returning at sometime.

All amenities great but need AC
Overall the property was nice and had all things you would need, except there is no AC and it was muggy and hot inside the property even with all the fans on the entire time. There was no document of information so we didn’t know where the laundry facilities were, which we eventually figured out but never knew where to take out our garbage. Building security was great and the location and view was phenomenal!

Great stay!
The location of the condo could not have been more ideal! The view was amazing, walking distance to everything you need-coffee, food, shops-and really everything you needed in the kitchen if you wanted to stay in. Bedroom got a little warm a couple of the nights but we slept in the living room with the breeze from the ocean. A little extra plus-all the towel hooks! Funny as it sounds, between the ocean, pool and shower-having hooks to dry stuff on was a little detail we didn't know we needed! Tom was available and responsive-overall we had a really great stay.

Exactly What We Needed
We were a family of four (2 children ages 4&5) staying in San Diego for a week. The property was exactly what we needed. Communication with Tom was wonderful. If you like people watching and listening to the waves, then look no further! Dedicated parking spot in underground garage (there's enough clearance for SUVs which was difficult to find in other properties in the area) was a bonus. Laundry room was reasonably priced and I never had an issue with accessing a machine. The building itself is dated and the actual property could use a fresh coat of paint, but for the value, location and cleanliness, it's worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great experience if you love the ocean. It’s not often you have a place with perfect view of surfers and breaking waves for a reasonable price. Easy walk to PB beachfront bars but we also liked driving short distance into Bird Rock for change of scenery.

Everything You Need
This place has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. First of all it’s in a great location…right on the beach and just far enough from the hustle & bustle. One can walk out the building and either take the stairs (50 feet away) down to the beach and enjoy a somewhat quiet beach with the cliff at your back or walk two blocks south and walk onto a wide open beach on the other side of Crystal Pier. The unit includes everything you’ll need: beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach cruiser bikes and more! The unit includes all you would need to prepare meals to include a couple of coffee makers if you don’t want to wait in line for coffee locally. Nearby within walking distance is a huge variety of restaurants and other shopping. There’s a grocery store within walking distance as well. The building and the unit itself is a little old but pretty well kept. The furnishings in the unit are pretty standard and comfortable. The wifi and cable service if good quality. Finally, the unit manager responds in a timely manner to any questions/concerns you may have. Overall communication with him was excellent. Well worth the value for the location and all that’s included.

Amazing views /felt at home
Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thomas was quick to reply and communication was easy. Views were great , the bed was comfy and the property was thoughtfully stocked with everything one might want for a beach vacation. Chairs , umbrellas , boogie boards etc…. Even had a few paperback books to read on the beach. Truly felt at home. The futon was comfy as well. We slept in the living room a few nights with the window open to hear the waves. Our stay was better than we imagined and left feeling rested and refreshed. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo
This condo has a beautiful ocean front view. It was fun to observe all the surfers in the ocean and the colorful cast of characters who walk, jog, bike, skateboard. and rollerblade on the boardwalk in front of the condo. We really appreciate how well the condo was stocked with basic amenities such as laundry soap, paper towels, and shampoo. The condo is in a great location, being only 30 minutes from the San Diego Zoo and 15 minutes from SeaWorld. Thank you Tom for providing such a great place to stay.

Wonderful place to spend a week
Great view of the ocean, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. I loved having a parking spot in the garage. Restaurants in the neighborhood were very good and there is a nearby grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described and the owner was easy to work with and provided excellent communication and dining suggestions. Enjoy the view and watch the surfers while you have your coffee. Easy walking to whatever you need. As others noted, the unit is in a quiet area, away from the scrum of the party crowd, although it's a short walk there if that's your thing.

Location, Location, Location, Great Stay
This is our 3rd time staying at this unit (6th time at this complex). It has a great view of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier, very clean, easy access to beach, boardwalk, stores, restaurants and underground parking. There are lots of towels and supplies (paper towels, tissues, TP, soap, beach chairs, bikes). Mr. Tippetts is easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Simple and perfect
We had a wonderful time in this Pacific Beach Condo! The building was old, but it was well maintained. Furniture was very comfortable and the condo nicely decorated. The location was wonderful! It was just a few steps away from the main beachfront hub, but far enough away to avoid the noise. The waves lullled us to sleep every night. The parking was perfect and the building secure. We would definitely recommend and hope to return!

My sister and I stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. On our last night we finally got to see the sunset and it was beautiful right from the window! It had no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and cool ocean breeze kept us cool at night. The host was good with communicating.

The Best of All Worlds
Direct access to the beach, secure parking, comfortable lodging, quiet....everything I want when traveling to San Diego. This place is right along the ocean front walk as well as close to good restaurants. The unit itself is very comfortable as the furniture was all well maintained, kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed. The bedding consisted of a generous supply of sheets and pillows as well as beach towels. Overall, great place and I will be back!

Pacific Beach Family Vacation
This property is wonderful and exactly as described and pictured online! We had great communication with the owner and he met us when we arrived and made sure check in went well. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The main bed was very comfortable and the two pull out queen size sofas were perfect for our college age sons The designated parking was invaluable. Our sons used the bikes and body boards daily that were included with the condo. The location and view was picture perfect! It was in the 80s each day and yet the condo remained cool and comfortable with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans. My family would definitely stay here again if we return.

Great location for a beach vacation!
Directions and check in very easy! You can't beat the location, and the view from the big window in the livingroom! Amazing sunsets every night! It's not 5 star but If you are looking for a quiet, small, simple, no fuss place to lay your head then look no more! Just steps from the beach, pier, and restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipt, the bed comfy, and there were lots of towels and things for the beach. Thanks Tom! Until next time!

Property is in a great location overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets. Right next to the beach and promenade with an easy walk to shops and places to eat. We felt safe and secure in the building and the allocated parking space in the basement was easy to access and so useful as parking the the area is expensive and sometimes difficult to find. Inside the property we had all the things that we needed even down to chairs for the beach and a cool bag for picnics on the beach! We definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we are visiting the area.

Perfect For a San Diego Getaway
Tom and his wife were excellent hosts! They were very accommodating, and the place was just as advertised. The view of the ocean is beautiful, and the location is perfect for a short walk to any of the restaurants in Pacific Beach. The bikes made for a nice ride to La Jolla, and it was only a 15-20 minute drive to all of the other major attractions in SD.
