Liked the location that's convenient to major freeways. Did not like the sound proofing. Could hear neighbors shouting in the night that made it feel unsafe. Also no drinking water options unless you feel comfortable drinking from the tap.

My reservation was for the larger room with a king size bed. Upon arrival at the 2:00pm check in time I was informed that my room would not be ready for 15-20 minutes. I agreed to take a room with two queen beds that was ready and was told that it was the same room just with two beds. The room I was given was a standard room, not the upgrade that I had reserved. The employee said we could remain in this room until ours was ready which was nice. However, after a few minutes in the room we were waiting in, a cockroach crawled across the wall. I went back to the front desk with a photo of the bug and stated we would not be staying here. They did cancel the reservation and refund our payment, but there was little concern over the fact that they have cockroaches.

I stay here regularly. The staff is friendly and attentive. The housekeepers are also spot on. The place is consistently presentable and clean. I have no complaints so far. I will continue my stays here. It s convenient, affordable and clean. There is also breakfast included and it is well prepared and always stocked during serving times.

Ishika the night lady was absolutely rude. She shouted at our family because we asked for 2 towels. She said one person is good enough and it was in my signed documents and would not show me my signed documents or give me a copy. The cleaners do not clean the room unless you leave a note stating what to do so when we walked in the room the beds were sloppy. Luckily my mom left a night asking to for tissues and new towels or nothing would have been done. Ishika also said that in the contract that if you want anything done you have to walk down the unstable 3 flights of stairs to the front desk. This hotel does not seem to follow ADA laws. While there I heard multiple guests complaining and they show no remorse. They don’t care once you paid for your reservation. The audacity to yell at guests over a towel is unprofessional and disgusting. I would never advise friends and family to stay at a comfort inn after this experience. Thank you Ishika for ruining both nights of our stay over towels.

The staff was not friendly or helpful when asked if they recommend a good car rental (first time renting a car so we weren’t sure what to ask or do) the guy says google it and find out! We were on the bottom floor that smelled like mildew and we were close to laundry room that we could hear through the walls! There was a lady who was staying a few doors down from us yelling at the house keeper “ why did you leave my door open? someone could have walked in and stole my laptop!” I will never go back I would have rather slept in my car rental!

We liked that parking was included. The location was easy to access and near a major highway. Many of the employees though did not have customer service. We had to ask for cleaning service but they did not do it. We went to ask the night shift person for a couple of clean towels and he was hesitant on giving them to us. They constantly spray febreeze or pine sol. It was overwhelming and strong. Overall, the stay was okay.

There were roaches in both of our rooms that we were assigned too and spoke to management (about it in the morning and he completely dismissed our concerns and began to tell us that there was nothing he could do about it. We feel very disappointed and concerned about our travel bags and have to now inspect all of our garments and thoroughly insure that none of our clothes or bags have any roaches. This has been a very disappointing stay !

Worst hotel ever. Terrible service! They treat their customers badly. And this property is dirty. We requested for them to mop the floor because of visible shoe markings but they decline it. Where can you find a hotel that don’t want to mop the floor for a new guest. Do not ever book in this hotel, the staff is also terrible and very mean, the front desk, named Vipul response to my request: “You are not sleeping on the floor?!” Where can you find that kind of response? If that’s how they are in cleanliness, you better check the bed, there might be bed bugs too. Yuck! They are ruining the brand name and reputation of this hotel.

Very disappointed with Expedia and this property the comfort inn hotel in hotel. The property is a 7 out of 10 on Expedia but the Google reviews tell a different story. After our first day, with the family of five showering mold, appeared all over the restroom. We immediately checked out for the well-being of our children. Was informed by the front desk lady (ash) we would be refunded just to call the manager (Rosh) the day after. Once talking to the manager, he refused to refund me stating I should’ve mentioned the mold the first day, when in fact, the mold appeared the second day after everyone showered. Extremely unsatisfied with his hotel. Do not stay here.
