Prima hotel. Bewust gekozen voor een hotel net iets buiten de stad omdat dat prijstechnisch aantrekkelijker is. Kamer was schoon; badkamer was oke. Erg vervelend dat er 2 van de 3 liften buiten service waren waardoor er elke keer enorm lang gewacht moest worden.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room, furniture, and decor was all very old, dirty, or broken in our room. This included: Bath with rust stains on the floor and broken drain plug Light that wouldn't turn on Outlets loose or broken into the wall Spare outlet on lamp fixture broken Blood or similar color stain around couch Sliding balcony door handle and lock falling apart Coffee pot not plugged in and no outlet nearby. Pack n play was an old metal crib on wheels Bug in crib sheets provided Cookies were not available on check in and got the later and they were very undercooked. I love doubletrees! I'm actually not very picky but so many small things that should not cost too much to fix have all been left unresolved. The staff was great but whoever managing the hotel has been overlooking some basic care for the rooms. Everyone sharing a microwave in the lobby is also a drag.

I rented two rooms. First, One room was dirty with oily smut in and on the windows and curtains. Second, they changed my room from what I originally ordered and after I protested. I was given two noisy rooms, one near the elevator and the other near the ice machines. The last room they placed in also had a strong chemical smell. I was terribly disappointed.

The employee at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed us an early check in, so that we could get ready for the wedding we were in town for. However, the room felt very dirty and not worth the price we paid for it. I’m pretty sure the bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed from the people before us. The carpet was disgusting and we didn’t want to take off our shoes. Very average and dirty hotel room for the price we paid.

Please don’t fall by the beautiful pictures. This place is not what they show you online. It is old, dirty, and falling apart. We booked three rooms and we were there for about an hour when I noticed our floor was wet we decided to go down and see if they can give us a refund and we would go look for another hotel. They said no, they could charge us early check out at $75 and we can leave. I asked why the floor was wet and the mentioned it was because the carpet had just been washed but when I lifted the towels that I laid down it was spilled coffee. We all had our kids and we just felt like the hotel was not clean enough.

It was hot in the room when we got there. Temperature was set to 82, we tried to lower it to 75 but had to to it a few times because the controller is right below the vent so it stops because the air blows cold air at it but the room is still hot. Wondering why that spot was picked for the air controller is beyond me.

This property was convenient for the sports tournament we attended. The parking structure was scary and I didn’t expect to pay $30 a day to park there! Also, our room was never cleaned even though we took the do not disturb sign off of our door in the mornings. When I asked for fresh towels I was told I could only have 1!

Property was outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, we had to change rooms because the tub drained slowly in our 1st room, the furniture in the room was scuffed on the edges, the door to the mini fridge in the room was hanging on a damaged hinge, there were fruit flies in the drink I ordered at the hotel bar/restaurant, we did not get fresh towels after house keeping, the list goes on. This was extremely disappointing for a Hilton property. We would not stay again and want to warn other families. This is not your standard Double Tree in terms of cleanliness and room quality.

The cleanliness and state of repair was far below what we've experienced at other DoubleTrees. Got the family suite so our kids could have a separate space, but after getting the sheets changed on one bunk due to a crusty white stain on the sheets, it drew the kids' attention to how unclean the room was in general - thankfully we had double queens so they could sleep there. Everything in the room was damp and musty through our whole stay. We had to explicitly call down for refills on shampoo and toilet paper as housekeeping wasn't checking levels.The bathroom was in poor repair...chips out of the tiles and the tub, rust running down the wall from the assist bar, and the bottom of the door frame was completely rusted away for the bottom 1.5". Location was great for us, easy access to Sea World, the Harbour, and the Zoo. Next time we'll choose a.better hotel in the same area.

We had a room right next to the front lobby. Literally looked like an old storage room converted into a room. It had such a narrow door we could not fit the luggage cart into the room. Horrible room!

The room was disgusting. The carpet was stained but also not vacuumed. There was hair all over the room and sticky gummy stuff on the floor all around both rooms. We had to keep our shoes on or our feet would get dirty. The bathroom floor was not cleaned either. There were black long hairs in the bathroom floor too. When I used a baby wipe to wipe the floor, the wipes were black with dirt. The bathtub had flecks and chunks missing off the bottom. The trash can liners were not put in the garbage cans. The wall behind the bunk beds was filthy. It was clear that had not been cleaned in a very long time. My daughter’s sheet fell off the side of the bed and it was covered in filth when we pulled it up. The location of the room was next to the freeway. The windows were so thin that the cars and motorcycles driving by kept us up all night. The restaurant food was gross and over priced. Last time we stayed at a Hilton, we found fences on a pillow case. We will never stay at a Hilton again.

The staff started out very nice then after I asked for a new room their attitudes changed dramatically which is sad because they were so kind initially. Booked a king got stuck with 2 queens so not much space but better view then the other unit which balcony is cover with a tree and all the beautiful bugs one can handle, would I stay here again yes but would I pay more then $150 for that accommodation. I rather gargled bleach oh let’s not forget the $30 daily parking in the world’s smallest garage. Maybe I’m spoiled with Miami Or Vegas hotels but bottom line basic hotel safe clean and budget friendly.

What I liked about this property was the view of the city. The lobby of the hotel looked really nice too. The only thing i didn't like was that my room smelled like cigarettes and the restroom was not so clean it had old urine on the floor around the toilet. The sheets from the sofa did not look clean. When room service came they didn't even give us new sheets for our beds.
