Thank you for your feedback, you are correct some of our rooms do not have the tables, but if you let the manager know upon check in, we can do our best to ensure that you get a room with the table and chairs. In regards to our mattress, this is unacceptible and we would have moved you right away, in fact that is why we say always to check out the room upon "check in" and let us know if there are any issues and we can rectify them for you right away. I will send this to the manager so we can look into this ASAP!

For those of you coming from out of the U.S. this franchise has been in business for over 60 years and it is known for being a budget hotel with no amenities. Meaning you trade the low price for a clean and comfortable room and there will most likely be coffee in the lobby. The Motel 6 has never offered breakfast, we rarely ever have any issues with the water and if there was an issue, we apologize greatly and thank you for understanding and esepcially for your business.

We are so very sorry, This is not our normal, although occasionally we are very busy on the weekends and if there is a concert or festival, we can get busy, but we generally do not have an issue with noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and please alwasy know that we ahe a 24 hour front desk and you can alert the front desk and we are happy to let the guests know to be couteous of others.

So it is wonderful to hear you had a great stay, and we do hear you, but with motel 6 we are a franchise and we keep with what is required and we are not really supposed to offer more as they want them all to be alike.
