Personeel aan receptie was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zeer gehorig hotel, zowel buiten als binnen. Er mocht ook wat beter gepoetst worden en de WiFi was slecht. Het bed was wel OK.

Just before the Viras came into play we started noticing that more and more customers preferred that their room not be disturbed until the day of their departure, so that is the only reason that your room was not serviced.From this point moving forward iIwill have the staff check the customers wishes at check-in, so that there is no miscommunications.

Overall we had a great stay at Alexis Park Inn. The area has a lot around it, even if it feels a little rough (usual SF homeless and noise). The room was clean and had all amenities listed. Staff were all attentive and seem to care about the property. There is limited parking, but it felt safe and well-managed. Perfect little breakfast cafe (grab and go - not a sit down) place across the street! They also had lunch sandwiches and Bahn mi, etc. Was very convenient for ride share to pick up and drop-off. Would stay here again.

The area looks questionable, but we have never had a customer ever be hurt in any way shape or form..It is sad that, what it take hard working citizens such as you and I hundreds of years to establish can be destroyed in just a few.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!. The area is over run with homeless, and the area is sketch as hell. Crime is high in SF, and this looks to be in one of the worst areas. It is not worth the risk.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, malheureusement dès que la nuit tombe il y a beaucoup, beaucoup de sans abris et de drogués dans la rue. La nuit il y a pas mal de bruit. Nous sommes en janvier et nous avons dû demander des couvertures supplémentaires car celles du lit étaient ridiculement fines. La chambre est confortable même si un peu abîmée à certains endroit. Le lit était super j'ai très bien dormi (grâce aux boules quiès aussi).

The hotel is in good location, but I will never stay there anymore.around the Proprety is a lots of homeless defecating and Pisa on the street. Hurts to walk around. It is discasting. OMG. Never do something so discaste Kika that.

Ok place.
Dated but not bad. Furniture was ok, but upholstery and carpet needs a good deep cleaning! Smelled exceptionally weird in there! Walkway/stairs were dirty and smelled like urine (probably the homeless guy living at the bottom of the stairs). Not a lot of parking places, but we parked there fine. Only one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom so bring your own shampoo/body wash/lotion! Homeless were noisy but we just left the tv on. For the price it was fine! Check in was easy through a walk up window. We stayed in the city because we live 5 hours away and I was having an early morning surgery there, so just needed a bed for a few hours and it worked for that.

Ok hotel, bad area.
Ok hotel, bad area. This hotel must be near a hospital because there were ambulance sirens going off every twenty minutes or so. The area is not the best, lots of homeless people on the street, people urinating on the sidewalk, people on quads and motorcycles doing stunts on the street. There is also no security and a small parking lot so make sure you do not leave anything in view, noticed a guy looking into car windows. Overall an ok hotel in a bad area, we stayed one night to see a concert nearby at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, it is walkable but I would be cautious of your surroundings.

Dear guest,I greatly appreciate you taking the time and effort to share your experience with us.I would like to make I have never had or do I have any intention of running for any Political office, but the you have addressed are political and social problems and they mushroomed throughout San Francisco if not the World.Hundreads of businesses if not thousands of retails stores in the city have closed, because of the problem you mentioned. The Hilton Hotel (2500) rooms and The Parc 55 handed the keys to the bank, becae they could not afford to operate in this climate, that is 3500 rooms that the owner walked away from.I' m sorry I am a native San Franciscan, and they are destroying my city right in front of my eyes.

This hotel has been here long before the politics decided that homeless people were more important than the tax dollars that hard working people such as yourself bring to this great city and the hotel hopes to be here long after. we have never had a customer that has ever been attempted or harmed in any way, unfortunately it has become big city life in America.As far as someone on the staff being rude to you, I tried looking up your name and could not find it we do document al issues that come up, but I am truly sorry and we promise to do much better next time.

I would never, ever stay here again. Absolutely horrific neighborhood, drunk people yelling all night long until the cops showed up and dragged them away screaming and throwing stuff at each other, a druggie smashing at my door trying to get in at 3am, homeless camps surrounding it, I felt so unsafe I didn’t sleep a wink. I’d never, ever stay here again.

We can only control problems that are directly related to the hotel only. The issues you are referring to are Government decision problems and they are pretty much all over the city.

The inside of the room was nice and the price was great. The outside there are alot of homeless encampments but for San Francisco that is normal unless you want to pay an obscene amount. They really didn't come on to the property and parking and wifi is free unlike other places

We love the room, clean , well maintained and room is spacious, nothing fancy but pretty much what we just needed and for the money. Downside is the homeless around the place, it is scary to go out at night, very unsafe. Part of the building stinks with urine and lots of garbage in the morning, it is where homeless people sleeps at night. You also constantly hear yellings and commotion along the streets.

Awful neighborhood!!! Unwelcoming inn!
The Inn in itself was fine. The beds were huge and really comfy, the bathroom had what was needed, and the sink area was nice. There was a desk, a chair and a working tv (bad quality but we weren’t here for this so it doesn’t matter). Even though we weren’t too far from everything (close to Civic Center, went to Lombard Street and Pier 39 walking and so on), the neighborhood was AWFUL. It was unfortunately the worst of San Francisco and we didn’t check it. We should’ve. There were homeless people and crackheads at every INCH of the streets in the area, you couldn’t walk on the sidewalks. Some were even in the hotel stairs, even tho the owner tried to kick them out everytime. Let’s talk about the checking : there is no inside area, you talk through a window like at the bank. We are foreign and could barely hear the owner and had trouble understanding. It was extremely unwelcoming. We were scared with the homeless and had to give a deposit OUTSIDE with our luggages holding on for dear life on us… it was atrocious!!! Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s for 1-2 nights and you aren’t foreign, a woman or scared of the numerous SF crackheads…
