Hi Sean,I am sorry that the charge for arriving 6 hours prior to check in left for a poor impression. It is always a popular request and we do our best to accommodate our guests when they arrive early. In your instance as it was still the morning, there is a real cost to us to move our staff around to get a room ready that early. We would have also been happy to store your luggage and message you when it was all set if you preferred that to the cost of the convenience for an early check in. I do wish you had a better stay with us and appreciate you choosing our hotel for the day.
