Super hotel
Wij kregen een net nieuw gerenoveerde kamer. Voorzien van alle gemakken incl. Koelkast. Het hotel wordt nog gerenoveerd dus is er vanaf 9 uur wel geluid van de werklui. Parkeren is bewaakt en gratis. 24 uurs receptie. In de buurt veel daklozen maar daar hebben wij geen hinder van ondervonden. Op loopafstand van Union Square en Chinatown. In de buurt stopt ook de tram. Ik raad dit hotel iedereen aan.

Nieuwe gerenoveerde kamers
Ze zijn bezig met een renovatie. De kamers die klaar zijn zijn prachtig. Wij hadden zo'n nieuwe kamer. Service is prima. De receptie is 24 uur bezet. Parkeren is op het eigen terrein en de hele nacht verlicht en videobewaking. De buurt is vergeven van de daklozen. Dit is heel even wennen maar je hebt er geen last van. Union Square,, Market en chonatown vlakbij Samenvattend een aanrader.

Uitstekende locatie om San Fransisco te bezoeken. Er zijn wel veel daklozen in de buurt, ze vallen je wel niet lastig.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel für 3 Nächte und würden es nicht wieder buchen. Die Gegend ist sehr gefährlich, viele Drogenabhängige oder Obdachlose, da hätten wir uns früher darüber informieren sollen. Leider hat das Hotel zu wenig Parkplätze, wenn man zu spät kommt wird es eng. Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Leider hat uns die Gegend wirklich den Urlaub in SF vermiest, wir würden das nächste mal etwas anderes buchen.

The room was okay, free parking and free breakfast was a hit but the area wasn’t that great. The bathroom had black hair all over like it wasn’t cleaned after the last people. The area was a little sketchy behind the hotel was an alley where there were homeless. Overall the room was good, bed was comfortable. But the area was great location for the great American music hall.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is older, but still clean. There are a lot of homeless people who seem to reside right across the street. The staff are very aware and make sure you and your vehicle aren’t bothered by them.

I don't often write reviews, and admittedly only write negative ones, but I'm making an exception in this case. I liked this hotel. The room was clean, and spacious, and the front desk staff was always nice and helpful. I'll give the breakfast five stars for free breakfasts. I know there are a lot of negative reviews about the homeless people on the streets, and there certainly are, but walking to restaurants, I was never bothered for handouts or anything else. I hate to waste food, so I carried my leftover out and certainly always found a willing recipient. Would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price, especially with the parking included.
