First night some pillow cases where stained and sheets,didnt seem like its was swept or mopped, the small couch had crumbs of chips, not enough towels, no vending machines available, the house keeping only did the bed and put new towels but didnt sweep at all through out my 3 nights and I forgot I left my sleeping socks in the bed and when I came back they were in the garbage.The room we stayed on was on the side of the Gas station ,/Car wash very noisey and woke us up right at 8am. I would not stay here again .Didnt like it at all, The only good thing was parking.

Good value, nicely remodeled hotel in San Bruno.
Good value, nicely remodeled. Good furnishings, well appointed, lots of electrical outlets. Clean and comfortable. Some minor limitations: 1). The soap bars are tiny and are good for a couple of hand washes only. Should provide bigger bath bars. 2). Parking on the covered garage is limited and the spaces are small - OK for small compacts but full size SUVs, trucks and sedans will not fit. 3). Facial tissues are not provided. One issue that did not impact my stay but needs attention is that there is an infestation of ants behind the desk pn the wall.

Third time staying here. My last two times were great but after this recent two night stay, never again. My room was not cleaned. NOT CLEANED. Nursing home smell right when you walk in and sheets smelled used and disgusting. Pillow cases had eyeliner and lipstick on them. I was too tired to go back down and complain and I left for work at 5am the next morning. When I got back to the hotel I spoke with the front desk requesting for a housekeeper to come change the sheets. The housekeeper was gone for the day and I asked for new sheets so I can change them myself. All the front desk girl kept saying was “we would have appreciated if you told us last night so we could have changed it ourselves today.” I was beyond tired the night before to go back down and complain and I left way too early the next morning bring it up. She ended up bringing me a new comforter but no new sheets because she said the housekeeper used all the materials for the day. How is it there is no spare sheets in case of situations like this? Third and last time staying here.

Free parking under the building, 5-10 min drive to the SFO Airport, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, fresh and clean air, no any bad smells, looks like it was recently made remodeling, fast and easy check in and out, no issues at all, I’ll be back for sure here when I’ll be in the area.

For the price, it was excellent. A little noisy with the airport near by. But nothing the hotel itself can do about it. After 2 nights, you won't even notice the planes taking off.

Had a hard time sleeping due to airplanes flying overhead. Mattress was too firm. No counter space in bathroom. Our 2 electronic key had to be reprogrammed after 1 day. We stayed 2 nights.
