'De cottage is oud en vies en wordt voor veel te veel geld te huur aangeboden. Toe aan een grondige renovatie. Geen mogelijkheid om fatsoenlijk buiten te zitten (oud en kapot meubilair en afgebroken veranda), nauwelijks ingerichte keuken en het huis is niet goed schoongemaakt. Veel lawaai van de doorgaande weg, waar de cottag direct aan ligt. Veel bouwmaterialen slingeren over het terrein. Grote afrader, er zijn veel mooiere motels, hotels en Cabins in de buurt te huur.'

'Our time in Three Rivers was great. We visited Sequoia 3 times and Yosemite once. We ate local as often as possible and enjoyed the view from the back porch. Great Memories made.'

'It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views.'

'We stayed for 2 nights at the Ash Mountain Suite. It is right off the main road that goes into Sequoia National Park from Three Rivers. Very clean and nicely kept. Host was very easy to reach for questions. The view from the room was gorgeous! There were birds at the bird feeders! Awesome place to relax after a long day of hiking in the park.'

'This is a beautiful guest house tucked away along the South Fork of the Kaweah River. It's lovely hearing the river, which is just a short walk away. We had everything we needed for our few days visiting Sequoia National Park, with a comfortable bed, well-outfitted kitchen, and cushioned patio furniture to relax outside and listen to the river. The host was exceptionally responsive. Definitely recommend for a secluded, comfortable getaway!'

'The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great.'
