Nice staff and the hotel is ok in the looks department. However the water damaged and semi crumbling walls in the room bathroom were a bit shocking. The bar closes at 10 on a Saturday, no room service, no restaurant at night, very limited dining choices in the area, limited access to the pool, no towels at the pool in the morning. No wifi unless you join their marketing program is LAME! Nice beds. Overall not worh the money.

Overall stay was good. Didn't like that the bathrooms have no vent and get extremely hot. Have to pay $39 extra for parking, was charged and the machine to exit the parking structure still wanted to charge us $50 extra. Walked to front desk to show them we had already been charged the $39 amd they were able to open gate for us without having to pay the extra $50. Overall stay was good amd would stay again

I specifically got this hotel because of the jacuzzi and go out to it to find it cold. I’m competing in a jiujitsu tournament and was wanting to relax/recover for the match Sunday.

Staff was nice they had a 24 hr little area to get snacks and drinks which was nice. Restaurant was super overpriced but the burger was delicious

Staff service can improve. Good breakfast. Very good beds to sleep. Must clean up the staircase leading to the Parking. Smells urine. Location is good. Please don’t sell water bottles for $3 when the same bottle is available outside for $25 cents. Not fair business. Thanks.

The location in the conference center is the best feature. The staff were nice, hotel was clean, and the location was fantastic. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area.

At what either would be the starting or the end of the riverwalk. Quiet as the real nose started a 1/2 block away. Bed was comfy We had a riverwalk view, which was very nice. Guvibg you the lights of the riverwalk while having a glass of wine on the balcony

Rooms were nice staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the fire alarm in our room starting to chirp after midnight had to switch rooms. Staff was quick with a new room assignment.

Great stay no parking for guests
The hotel was very clean and comfortable what i dont like is the fact that they are charging me for water and parking i feel if you are a hotel you should provide parking for the guests

Room key pad did not work, needed to come down to front desk 3 separate times and never heard any apologies. also booked king size bed but gave me 2 small size bed. will not use Hilton going forward.

Upsetting
After hours of trying to find parking after checking in we gave up at 10 pm as our daughter needed to sleep as she had competition next morning with wake up at 5 am . We are local to San José and we closed to stay for the convenience paying 300 for the night not able to get her to bed until 11 was definitely not a convenient. We are so upset at the amount we paid and the lack of help we received .
